This steak dinner is a simple meal with bold and buttery flavor. In this video, Chef Roscoe makes steak kebabs with a red boat fish sauce compound butter that gives the grilled bites tons of depth and umami flavor. After the sirloin bites are grilled, the compound butter perfectly melts after being added over the top of this quick-and-easy dish.

00:02The name says simple, but the flavor's anything but.
00:05It starts with garlic and shallots cooked down in Red Boat Fish Sauce
00:08and a splash of Maggie.
00:09That mixture gets folded into softened butter with chopped basil, cilantro,
00:13and lemon zest for a flavor-packed compound butter.
00:16Thick cubes of sirloin, grilled until juicy and charred.
00:19That's summer done right.
00:20If you got metal skewers, great.
00:22If not, just soak the wooden ones to keep them from burning.
00:25Once the kebabs come off the grill, the butter melts right over the top,
00:28sizzling into the meat and bringing tons of depth and umami.
00:32This one's fast, buttery, and full of bold flavor.
00:35That butter, baby.
00:37The Maggie seasoning in that Red Boat just sets it off.
00:40Delicious.
