00:00What do we want? What do we want? When do we want it? It's hard to believe that we're still here
00:17waging this fight. When I worked at the Department of Justice, when they made a mistake,
00:25they would acknowledge it, correct it, and move on. This started with a mistake. They
00:31picked him up. They deported him. They knew it was illegal. They acknowledged it because
00:37the judge said he could stay here, but instead of acknowledging it and bringing him back,
00:41they said, we can't bring him back. They lied. The Supreme Court said, no, he gets his day
00:48in court, bring him back. But they didn't want to back down and just do what the Supreme
00:53Court ordered them to do. So they charged him with crimes in Tennessee that came out of
00:58nowhere, and then they brought him back immediately. So we knew they could bring him back, right?
01:04We know they can give him justice, right? But they keep fighting it. So he went in front
01:09of another judge in Tennessee, and what did that judge say? He looked at the case that they
01:14charged him with and said, you know what? I think he should be able to go home. I think
01:20he should be able to stay home. I think he should have his day in court, and we're going
01:25to let him go back to his house. So he should be in his house this morning, not worried about
01:31getting deported anywhere, not worrying about injustice anywhere, not worried about the pressure
01:36and the vengeance of the Department of Justice and the Trump administration. He should be able
01:41to get his due process and go forward from there, right?
01:44That's right.
01:45I don't know what's going to happen in that building this morning. We were here a couple
01:49of weeks ago trying to get into an inspected facility. They wouldn't even let us in. Now,
01:54we went to El Salvador to go see them down there. They wouldn't let us in there either, but that's
02:01a dictatorship country. I was just in shock to be not allowed in there. I was shocked that
02:07a member of members of Congress, two senators and four members of Congress, were not allowed
02:12inside a federal building here in the United States of America. That's outrageous.
02:18So today, we keep the fight going, right? We don't give up, right? We're here to make
02:24sure justice is done, right? So when he goes in that building, we'll be supporting him.
02:29We'll continue to fight. No matter what happens in there today, we've got his back, right?
02:35The people united will never be defeated. The people united will never be defeated. The
02:41fight continues. Stay strong. God bless.
02:45God bless.
