00:00The Korean people have great expectations for you,
00:10Mr. President.
00:11Thank you once again for your time.
00:13President Trump Jr.: Well, thank you very much.
00:14It's an honor to be with you.
00:15I will say that Kim Jong-un and I had a very good
00:19relationship, as you remember, and still do.
00:23And when I came in, I didn't know him.
00:26We had two summits, but we became very friendly.
00:32Respect.
00:33It was great respect.
00:34And it was not going to be that way had Hillary
00:37Clinton won the election.
00:39It would have been a disaster.
00:41But we think we can do something in that regard
00:44with respect to North and South.
00:45And I think you are much more prone to doing that
00:48than other leaders that I've been working with from
00:51South Korea.
00:53And we'll work on that.
00:54I think it's very good to work on that.
00:55And if you remember, you were doing the Olympics
00:58and there was a great time of hostility with North
01:01Korea and you weren't selling tickets because
01:05nobody wanted to be blown up in the stadium during
01:07the opening ceremonies, right?
01:09And you were not selling tickets.
01:11And I was also at my formative stage with North Korea
01:15and Kim Jong-un.
01:16And we were a little bit going at it about Rocket
01:21Man, Little Rocket Man, everything back and forth.
01:24And it was really nasty.
01:25And then I got a call one day and they wanted to get together.
01:29They wanted to talk.
01:30And we started talking.
01:32And then he said really brilliantly, he said, you know,
01:35the Olympics is going to be opening very soon.
01:39And we'd like to be a part of it.
01:40They actually put teams in it.
01:42You got along great.
01:43And by the way, immediately upon that phone call, you
01:46started selling tickets and it turned out to be a tremendous success.
01:49So it went from being empty stadiums because people were afraid to go
01:53because it was a target potentially to a great success.
01:56And I was very proud of that.
01:58You had one of the most successful Olympics.
02:01And now we have the Olympics coming to the U.S.
02:04So we're very happy about that.
02:05But that was a great honor to get involved and make the Olympics so successful.
