00:00Hi, I'm Chef Rama. I'm the pastry chef for Norte La Magica, Kopoli. Today, I'm going to show you one of the simple and the vegetarian dessert, which is called Saffron and Pistachio Baked Yogurt.
00:18To start with, you take the milkmaid, 150 grams of milkmaid and 150 grams of fresh cream.
00:25Finally, the fresh yogurt, 150 grams.
00:32Take a whisk and just mix well without any lumps.
00:38We're going to add the pistachio paste, the strongness of the taste you need.
00:46Just mix it well. You can see the colour turning into lightly green.
00:52I need a small baking pan, ramekins. You're going to place this.
01:01You're going to have this mixture into a dropper.
01:04By using this dropper, pour this mixture into the ramekins.
01:11If you don't have this dropper, no need to worry. You can use a small jug or a deep spoon so that you can pour it.
01:24By using of the dropper, you just avoid making the mess with your baking tray and the ramekins.
01:29So now, you're going to pour some water in the tray as a double boiler.
01:32Now, just bake it into a double boiler in the oven at 120 degrees centigrade for 12 minutes.
01:53I got it baked in the oven at 120 degrees centigrade.
01:56After baking, let's cool it down for about 10 to 15 minutes.
02:00Remove this gently from the water bath and place them on a platter.
02:05Just wipe up the bottom of this pan so that it doesn't make your plate dirty.
02:13Pour this saffron on top.
