00:08He takes a bagel, cuts it in thirds.
00:10Cut out this center section.
00:12Now you have two skinnier pieces to make a sandwich.
00:15Once you cut this bagel, then really you have enough to make three sandwiches.

00:24If you put the lettuce on next, then none of the toppings fall through the hole.
