00:27The President emphasized that the third transformation of the plan for the homeland is a strategic
00:33state priority with the activation of new peace squadrons.
00:37On the other hand, Maduro awarded the order of peace to officials of the Scientific Penal
00:42and Criminal Investigation Corps in recognition of their outstanding results in preserving
00:48citizen security and fighting organized crime.
