00:06a rock-based reformer class with the owner Rochelle. Having grown up in LA, Rochelle has brought a
00:11boutique fitness experience to the North East similar to those found in America. The class was
00:15just the right amount of challenging and was adapted well for both beginners and more seasoned
00:19Pilates goers. The studio is based in the heart of Morpeth on Newgate Street and just opened on
00:25the 16th of August so we were lucky enough to be one of the first people to try the classes out.
