00:08Sa inilabas na Executive Order No. 92, itinatag ni Pangulong Marcos Jr. ang Office of the Presidential Advisor on Pasig River Rehabilitation.

00:18Kasabay niyan ang pagre-reorganisa sa Interagency Council ng Pasig River Urban Development.

00:24Nais ng Pangulo na gawing mabilis, efektibo at napapanahon ang mga hakbang na ipatutupad para sa rehabilitasyon ng Ilog Pasig.

00:34Agad nang efektibo ang kautusan bilang bahagi ng commitment ng pamahalaan na maibalik ang Ilog Pasig bilang mahalagang daanan ng tubig at cultural landmark ng bansa.
