00:00:00Welcome to part one of our most corrupt series episode on Joseph Biden.
00:00:13For his entire political career, he has been a resident of Delaware.
00:00:18And after a very few years as an attorney, he has spent the last five decades in public office as a U.S. senator, vice president and currently president.
00:00:27Biden has had a colorful, if not that remarkable, career.
00:00:33Who is Joe Biden?
00:00:35What does his life say about his character?
00:00:39What has he accomplished, if anything, during his political career?
00:00:44Hello, I'm Colin Heaton, military veteran, historian, author, and welcome to this episode of Forgotten History.
00:00:57Forgotten History
00:01:07Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was born on November 20, 1942, and grew up for a short time in the city of Scranton, Pennsylvania.
00:01:17But the family moved to Delaware, and he never returned.
00:01:20He still likes to claim that he is a Scranton boy, although many of the locals do not claim him.
00:01:27His siblings are Valerie Biden Owens, James B. Jim Biden, and Francis William Biden.
00:01:33His father, Joseph Biden Sr., worked cleaning furnaces and later worked as a used car salesman.
00:01:39His mother was Catherine Eugenia Jean Finnegan.
00:01:42Biden attended St. Paul's Elementary School in Scranton, but in 1955, the family moved to Mayfield, Delaware, when he was 13 years old.
00:01:54Biden struggled with stutter as a child, and kids gave him the nicknames of Dash and Joe Impedimenta.
00:02:00After high school, Biden attended the University of Delaware, studied history, political science, and he claimed he played football.
00:02:10However, during a campaign stop in Athens, Ohio, in October 2012, then-Vice President Joe Biden said the last time he was in town,
00:02:19he was playing against the Ohio University football team in 1963, and that he almost got arrested for walking to a girl's dormitory.
00:02:28The fact is, he never played for his college football team, although his official biography still has that claim.
00:02:37But he did develop an interest in politics during these years, primarily by the election of John F. Kennedy in 1961.
00:02:45He met his first wife, Nalia Hunter, also a Syracuse University student, while on vacation in the Bahamas.
00:02:52After graduating from Delaware in 1965, he was accepted to Syracuse University Law School and married Hunter in 1966.
00:03:02Biden was a mediocre student at best, and did not have an impressive academic resume throughout college,
00:03:09and this substandard performance followed him in the law school.
00:03:12During his first year in law school, he failed a course for failing to properly cite a reference to a law review article.
00:03:18After graduation from law school in 1968, where he barely survived,
00:03:24Biden moved to Wilmington, Delaware, to practice law as a public defender,
00:03:28and was an active member of the Democratic Party.
00:03:31He was elected to the Newcastle County Council in 1970, where he served as counseling.
00:03:38Then Biden started his own law firm in 1971.
00:03:41Biden and his wife, Nalia, had three children.
00:03:47Joseph Bowe, born in 1969,
00:03:51Robert Hunter, born in 1970,
00:03:54and Naomi, Amy, born in 1971.
00:03:58In 1972, the Delaware Democratic Party encouraged Biden,
00:04:03then 29 years old,
00:04:04to run against the Republican incumbent, J. Caleb Boggs, for the United States Senate.
00:04:09Biden's campaign was managed by his family members,
00:04:14and his sister, Valerie Biden Owens, was his campaign manager.
00:04:17His brothers and both parents also campaigned for him.
00:04:21Biden won in an upset to become the sixth youngest U.S. Senator elected in American history.
00:04:28Just before Christmas in 1972,
00:04:31Biden's wife and three children were involved in a fatal car accident while shopping for a Christmas tree.
00:04:35His wife and daughter were killed,
00:04:38and sons Bowe and Hunter were badly injured.
00:04:41To his credit,
00:04:42Biden did not attend the swearing-in ceremony for new senators in Washington,
00:04:46as he wanted to be near his two surviving sons
00:04:49and prepare for the services for his wife and daughter.
00:04:52Instead, he took the oath of office from his son's hospital room.
00:04:55This was when Biden decided to continue to live in Wilmington
00:05:00and commute to and from Washington each day using the Amtrak train,
00:05:05which he continued to do during his time in the Senate.
00:05:09After Congress failed to ratify the SALT II Treaty signed in 1979
00:05:13by Soviet General Secretary Leonid Brezhnev and President Jimmy Carter,
00:05:19Biden met with Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko.
00:05:22They addressed the concerns that Americans had,
00:05:27and Biden worked with Gromyko
00:05:29and secured changes that addressed the Senate Foreign Relations Committee's objections.
00:05:35Getting back to his relationship,
00:05:37according to Biden,
00:05:38he met teacher Jill Tracy Stevenson,
00:05:41née Jacobs,
00:05:42in 1975,
00:05:44supposedly on a blind date,
00:05:45according to their mutual story.
00:05:48However,
00:05:48it has surfaced that they were having an affair,
00:05:50as Jill was married to Delaware business owner Bill Stevenson at that time.
00:05:56Jill filed for divorce and wanted the house of the settlement,
00:05:59which was contested by Stevenson on the provable grounds of adultery.
00:06:03Stevenson stated that Joe's brother,
00:06:05Francis Biden,
00:06:06paid him a personal visit and threatened him.
00:06:09After the divorce,
00:06:10which Stevenson won,
00:06:12Joe and Jill were married at the United Nations Chapel
00:06:14in New York on June 17, 1977.
00:06:17But, according to Stevenson,
00:06:21who stated,
00:06:22Frankie Biden of the Biden crime family
00:06:24comes up to me and goes,
00:06:26give Jill the house
00:06:28or you're going to have serious problems.
00:06:31I looked at Frankie and I said,
00:06:33please, are you threatening me?
00:06:35And, needless to say,
00:06:36about two months later,
00:06:37my brother and I were indicted for that tax charge
00:06:39for $8,200.
00:06:40It should be noted that
00:06:44while Hunter Biden was charged
00:06:46with two misdemeanor counts
00:06:47for $2.2 million in unpaid taxes
00:06:50coming from entities
00:06:52by the Obama and Clinton-appointed members
00:06:54of the Eternity Service
00:06:56and Department of Justice,
00:06:58Stevenson and his brother
00:06:59were charged with two felonies
00:07:01over $8,200 in unpaid taxes
00:07:04in a personal vendetta by Joe Biden.
00:07:07We will revisit Biden's use of federal agencies
00:07:11for personal gain later in Part 2
00:07:13as it was apparent,
00:07:14even at that time,
00:07:15Biden was willing to use his federal office
00:07:17for a personal agenda against other people.
00:07:21In the mid-1970s,
00:07:22Biden was one of the Senate's
00:07:23strongest opponents
00:07:24of race integration busing.
00:07:27His Delaware constituent strongly opposed it
00:07:29and such opposition nationwide
00:07:32later led his party
00:07:33to mostly abandoned school integration policies.
00:07:37Biden admitted that he and Hillary Clinton
00:07:40had been mentored
00:07:40by West Virginia Senator
00:07:42and former Ku Klux Klan Kliegel
00:07:44or recruiter Robert C. Berg
00:07:47who filibustered against
00:07:49both the Voting Rights
00:07:50and Civil Rights Acts in the 1960s
00:07:53during the Lyndon B. Johnson administration.
00:07:57Biden himself has stated
00:07:59that he was opposed to forced busing
00:08:01because he did not want his kids
00:08:03living in a racial jungle,
00:08:04a sentiment expressed
00:08:05by his wealthy Democrat supporters,
00:08:07especially in Delaware.
00:08:09He opposed a constitutional amendment
00:08:11banning busing entirely
00:08:13as long as it was used in the South
00:08:16or other places
00:08:17not affecting himself
00:08:18or his voting constituents.
00:08:22During the first Democratic primary debate
00:08:24in 2019,
00:08:26Kamala Harris brought up
00:08:27Biden's harsh opposition
00:08:28to busing as a means
00:08:30of integrating schools
00:08:31in the 1970s.
00:08:33In 1976,
00:08:35Biden supported a measure
00:08:36forbidding the use
00:08:37of federal funds
00:08:38for transporting students
00:08:40beyond the school closest to them
00:08:42to enforce integration.
00:08:44There was backlash
00:08:45and in 1977,
00:08:47he co-sponsored an amendment
00:08:49by closing the loopholes
00:08:50in that measure
00:08:51which was signed into law
00:08:53by President James Carter
00:08:54in 1978.
00:08:57This would not be
00:08:58the first time
00:08:59Biden would change
00:08:59his official position
00:09:01on an important topic
00:09:02if it meant
00:09:03that he could sway votes
00:09:04and stay in power
00:09:05by pandering to those
00:09:07who he felt
00:09:08could benefit him.
00:09:10Biden softened
00:09:12on his segregation mentality
00:09:13as did, to be fair,
00:09:15Senator Robert Birb
00:09:16who, in later life,
00:09:18denounced his years
00:09:18in the Klan
00:09:19and being supported
00:09:21in his political career
00:09:22by the KKK
00:09:23and he apologized
00:09:24for his involvement.
00:09:27Biden,
00:09:27seeing the political wins,
00:09:29went after
00:09:30the Reagan administration,
00:09:31in particular
00:09:32Secretary of State
00:09:33George Shultz,
00:09:34at a Senate hearing
00:09:35regarding the administration
00:09:36support of South Africa
00:09:37which was anti-communist
00:09:39and dealing with
00:09:40communist-supported terrorists
00:09:41despite its continued
00:09:43policy of apartheid.
00:09:45When Biden was chairman
00:09:46of the Senate Judiciary Committee
00:09:48in 1987,
00:09:50Biden displayed
00:09:50his severe partisanship
00:09:52and was credited
00:09:52with Supreme Court nominee
00:09:54Robert Borks
00:09:55failing to be confirmed.
00:09:58Biden,
00:09:59along with
00:09:59Senator Edward Kennedy
00:10:00from Massachusetts,
00:10:02also opposed
00:10:03Clarence Thomas'
00:10:04Supreme Court nomination
00:10:05where he took some heat
00:10:07regarding
00:10:07accusations made
00:10:09by Anita Hill
00:10:09who accused Thomas
00:10:11of making
00:10:11unwanted sexual advances.
00:10:15In 1987,
00:10:16Biden decided
00:10:16to run
00:10:17for the U.S. presidency
00:10:18but dropped out
00:10:19of the Democratic primary
00:10:20after it was shown
00:10:22that he had
00:10:22plagiarized
00:10:23part of a speech
00:10:24given by
00:10:25British Labour Party
00:10:26leader
00:10:26Neil Kinnock.
00:10:29Biden
00:10:29has also made
00:10:30several false claims
00:10:32that he had earned
00:10:33three degrees
00:10:34in college,
00:10:35that he attended
00:10:35law school
00:10:36on a full scholarship
00:10:37and that he graduated
00:10:38in the top half
00:10:39of his class.
00:10:41None of that
00:10:42was true.
00:10:43He also claimed
00:10:44that he had marched
00:10:45to the civil rights movement
00:10:46which was a lie.
00:10:48The news services
00:10:49and fact checkers
00:10:50blew it all
00:10:50in the open
00:10:51and on September 23rd,
00:10:531987,
00:10:54Biden withdrew
00:10:55his candidacy
00:10:56saying it had been
00:10:57overrun by
00:10:58the exaggerated
00:10:59shadow
00:10:59of his past mistakes.
00:11:01We will revisit
00:11:03this commonly
00:11:03repeated theme
00:11:04later as well
00:11:05in part two.
00:11:07Biden had been
00:11:08suffering from
00:11:09severe headaches
00:11:10during his campaign
00:11:11and,
00:11:11after dropping out
00:11:12in 1988,
00:11:14it was discovered
00:11:14that he had
00:11:15two life-threatening
00:11:16brain aneurysms
00:11:17requiring surgery.
00:11:19Complications
00:11:20from the surgery
00:11:21created blood clots
00:11:22in his lungs
00:11:22requiring another surgery.
00:11:25Biden was unable
00:11:26to work in the Senate
00:11:27for seven months.
00:11:30Biden also served
00:11:32as chairman
00:11:32of the Committee
00:11:32on Foreign Relations
00:11:33for several years.
00:11:35His many foreign
00:11:37policy positions
00:11:38included advocating
00:11:39for strategic arms
00:11:41limitation
00:11:41with the Soviet Union
00:11:43promoting peace
00:11:44and stability
00:11:44in the Balkans,
00:11:46expanding NATO
00:11:46to include
00:11:47former Soviet
00:11:48Bloc nations,
00:11:49and opposing
00:11:49the first Gulf War
00:11:51at the beginning
00:11:52of Operation Desert Shield
00:11:53in 1990,
00:11:54followed by
00:11:55Operation Desert Storm
00:11:57in January 1991.
00:11:59Biden voted
00:12:00against authorization
00:12:01for the Gulf War
00:12:02in 1991,
00:12:03siding with 45
00:12:04of the 55
00:12:05Democratic Senators
00:12:06in opposition.
00:12:08His concern
00:12:09was that the U.S.
00:12:10was bearing
00:12:11almost all the
00:12:12military and financial
00:12:12burden in the
00:12:13United Nations
00:12:14coalition force.
00:12:16In 1993,
00:12:18Biden voted
00:12:18for a provision
00:12:19that decided
00:12:20that homosexuality
00:12:21was incompatible
00:12:23with military life,
00:12:25violating the
00:12:25Uniform Code
00:12:26of Military Justice,
00:12:27which banned
00:12:28gays from serving
00:12:29in the armed forces.
00:12:32If homosexuals
00:12:33were discovered
00:12:33serving in uniform,
00:12:35they were liable
00:12:36to be court-martialed
00:12:37until President
00:12:38Bill Clinton
00:12:38introduced the
00:12:39Don't Ask,
00:12:40Don't Tell policy.
00:12:43Subsequently,
00:12:44Biden voted
00:12:45for the Defense
00:12:46of Marriage Act
00:12:46in 1996,
00:12:48which prohibited
00:12:48the federal government
00:12:49from recognizing
00:12:51same-sex marriages,
00:12:52thereby barring
00:12:53individuals in such
00:12:55marriages
00:12:55from equal protection
00:12:57under federal law
00:12:58and allowing states
00:12:59to do the same.
00:13:01In 2015,
00:13:02that act was ruled
00:13:03unconstitutional
00:13:04in Obergefell v. Hodges.
00:13:09However,
00:13:10while in the Obama
00:13:11administration
00:13:12as Vice President,
00:13:13he again changed
00:13:14his position,
00:13:15flip-flopping
00:13:16on that subject,
00:13:17and ran for President
00:13:18on the pro-same-sex
00:13:19marriage platform.
00:13:21As President today,
00:13:23in a total
00:13:24180-degree turn
00:13:25from his previous
00:13:26position,
00:13:26he bowed
00:13:28to the woke
00:13:28collective
00:13:29who supported him,
00:13:30and now he supports
00:13:31not only
00:13:32same-sex marriage,
00:13:33but also gays
00:13:34openly serving
00:13:35in the military
00:13:36as well as
00:13:37transgender persons.
00:13:39In addition
00:13:40to foreign policy,
00:13:42Biden was an
00:13:42outspoken proponent
00:13:43of tougher crime laws,
00:13:45and in 1994,
00:13:47during the Clinton
00:13:47administration,
00:13:48he sponsored
00:13:49the Violent Crime
00:13:50Control and Law
00:13:51Enforcement Act
00:13:52to add 100,000
00:13:54police officers,
00:13:56a ban on assault
00:13:57weapons,
00:13:57which liberals
00:13:58are never able
00:13:58to define,
00:13:59and increased
00:14:00sentences for
00:14:01a host of crimes.
00:14:03One provision
00:14:04was the habitual
00:14:05offender argument,
00:14:06better known as
00:14:06the Three Strikes
00:14:07Law,
00:14:08which incarcerated
00:14:09hundreds of
00:14:10thousands of people,
00:14:11especially minorities,
00:14:12for even a small
00:14:13legal infraction.
00:14:15Some states
00:14:16already had
00:14:17habitual offender laws,
00:14:18but Biden supported
00:14:19increasing the role
00:14:20of the United States
00:14:20Department of Justice's
00:14:22anti-violence strategy.
00:14:24These laws require
00:14:25a person who was
00:14:26convicted of an offense
00:14:27and who has one
00:14:29or two other
00:14:30previous serious
00:14:31convictions to serve
00:14:32a mandatory life
00:14:33sentence in prison,
00:14:35with or without parole,
00:14:36depending upon the
00:14:37jurisdiction and if
00:14:38the crimes were
00:14:39violent in nature.
00:14:41The Violent Crime
00:14:42Control and Law
00:14:42Enforcement Act
00:14:43was passed with
00:14:44bipartisan support
00:14:45in April 1994,
00:14:47and was originally
00:14:48written by
00:14:48Senator Joe Biden.
00:14:50Many liberals
00:14:50complain today
00:14:51that the law
00:14:52disparaged minorities,
00:14:53especially blacks
00:14:54who were serving
00:14:55life sentences,
00:14:56and democratic states
00:14:58followed the
00:14:58administration's
00:14:59position and
00:15:00enhanced their
00:15:01own provisions.
00:15:02According to the
00:15:03ACLU,
00:15:05following passage
00:15:06of the federal
00:15:07crime bill,
00:15:08incarceration rates
00:15:09continued to climb
00:15:10for an additional
00:15:1114 years.
00:15:12First,
00:15:13the 1994 crime bill
00:15:15gave the federal
00:15:16stamp of approval
00:15:17for states to pass
00:15:18even more tough
00:15:19on crime laws.
00:15:21By 1994,
00:15:22all states had
00:15:23passed at least
00:15:24one mandatory
00:15:25minimum law,
00:15:26but the 1994 crime
00:15:28bill encouraged
00:15:29even more punitive
00:15:30laws and harsher
00:15:31practices on the
00:15:32ground,
00:15:33including by
00:15:34prosecutors and
00:15:35police to lock up
00:15:36more people and
00:15:37for longer periods
00:15:38of time.
00:15:41This increase in
00:15:42punishments also
00:15:43increased the growth
00:15:44industry of private
00:15:45prisons, which
00:15:46contracted with the
00:15:47various states.
00:15:49The companies that
00:15:50owned these
00:15:50operations sent
00:15:51their lobbyists to
00:15:52Washington, D.C.
00:15:53and contributed
00:15:54heavily to Democrats'
00:15:56re-election campaigns,
00:15:57including Biden.
00:15:59Biden, in recent
00:16:00years, has apologized
00:16:01for that law, which
00:16:02put so many potential
00:16:03Democrat voters in
00:16:04prison for very long
00:16:05sentences.
00:16:06But that only came
00:16:07after he again switched
00:16:09his position on crime
00:16:10due to the rise of the
00:16:11domestic terror groups
00:16:12Black Lives Matter,
00:16:14Antifa, and the
00:16:15unhinged and unfounded
00:16:17outcry claiming
00:16:18systemic racism against
00:16:19minorities.
00:16:21Biden was critical of
00:16:22Independent Counselor
00:16:23Ken Starr's
00:16:24investigations during
00:16:25the 1990s, covering
00:16:27the Whitewater and
00:16:28Monica Lewinsky scandals
00:16:29plaguing the Clinton
00:16:30administration.
00:16:32He voted to acquit
00:16:33President Clinton during
00:16:34the impeachment
00:16:35proceedings.
00:16:37Biden stated,
00:16:38It's going to be a
00:16:39cold day in hell before
00:16:40another Independent
00:16:41Counselor would be
00:16:42granted similar powers.
00:16:43That was before he
00:16:45became president, where
00:16:46he needed his attorney
00:16:47general, the ineffective,
00:16:49corrupt, and incompetent
00:16:50Merrick Garland, to
00:16:51involve himself in
00:16:53appointing various
00:16:53independent counsels to
00:16:55protect him, his son
00:16:56Hunter, and the Biden
00:16:57crime family.
00:16:59Before the start of the
00:17:01Yugoslav Civil War, as
00:17:02tensions were increasing,
00:17:04Biden held a tense
00:17:05three-hour meeting with
00:17:06Serbian leader Slobodan
00:17:07Milosevic in April
00:17:081993.
00:17:10Again, to his credit,
00:17:11Biden worked on several
00:17:12versions of legislative
00:17:13language, urging the
00:17:15U.S. toward greater
00:17:16involvement.
00:17:18Biden has rightly
00:17:19considered his role in
00:17:21the Balkans crisis as
00:17:22his proudest moment in
00:17:23public life regarding
00:17:24foreign policy.
00:17:26In 1999, during the
00:17:29Kosovo War, Biden
00:17:30supported the 1999 NATO
00:17:32bombings, and he, with
00:17:33Senator John McCain,
00:17:35co-sponsored the McCain-Biden
00:17:36Kosovo Resolution, which
00:17:38called on Clinton to use
00:17:40all necessary force,
00:17:41including ground troops,
00:17:43to confront Milosevic over
00:17:44Yugoslav actions toward
00:17:46ethnic Albanians in
00:17:48Kosovo.
00:17:50Biden was a strong
00:17:51supporter of the war in
00:17:52Afghanistan, saying,
00:17:53whatever it takes, we
00:17:54should do it.
00:17:55As head of the Senate
00:17:57Foreign Relations
00:17:57Committee, he said in
00:17:592002 that Iraqi
00:18:00President Saddam Hussein
00:18:01was, quote, a threat to
00:18:03national security, and
00:18:05there was no other
00:18:05option than to eliminate
00:18:07that threat.
00:18:09In October 2002, as one
00:18:12of the most evocable
00:18:13hawks on Capitol Hill, he
00:18:15voted in favor of the
00:18:16authorization for use of
00:18:18military force against
00:18:19Iraq, approving the U.S.
00:18:21invasion.
00:18:22By late 2006, Biden's
00:18:24stance had changed, and he
00:18:26completely reversed his
00:18:27previous opinions.
00:18:29He opposed the troop
00:18:31surge of 2007, saying
00:18:33General David Petraeus was
00:18:35dead flat wrong in
00:18:37believing the surge could
00:18:38work, but Biden was
00:18:39wrong.
00:18:41In part two, we will
00:18:42dive deeper into Joseph
00:18:43Biden's political past, his
00:18:44involvement in foreign
00:18:45policy, as well as the
00:18:48many accusations of
00:18:49sexual advances, sexual
00:18:51assault, and then later
00:18:53we will continue with the
00:18:54ongoing impeachment
00:18:55proceeding and the
00:18:57continuing saga of the
00:18:58Biden crime family's
00:18:59operations.

00:19:33Joe Biden established
00:19:54himself as a very
00:19:55flexible politician when
00:19:56it came to his positions
00:19:57on important issues.
00:19:59His lack of honesty and
00:20:00political integrity were
00:20:02established early in his
00:20:03career, as was his
00:20:04willingness to use his
00:20:05office for personal gain
00:20:07and vengeance.
00:20:09However, despite Biden's
00:20:11long track record of
00:20:12failures, to be fair, he
00:20:14did have a few brief
00:20:15moments of diplomatic
00:20:16brilliance, where he
00:20:17actually did his job on
00:20:19behalf of the nation, if
00:20:20not the world in general.
00:20:22What were some of Biden's
00:20:24successes in the Senate?
00:20:26How did he transform from
00:20:28a war hawk to a passive
00:20:29duck, and why?
00:20:31What professional and
00:20:32personal decisions did he
00:20:34make that harmed the
00:20:35nation?
00:20:36How did scandal begin to
00:20:38plague his career?
00:20:42Hello, I'm Colin Heaton,
00:20:43military veteran, historian,
00:20:45author, and welcome to this
00:20:46episode of Forgotten
00:20:47History.
00:20:47Before the start of the
00:21:07Yugoslav Civil War, as
00:21:09tensions were increasing,
00:21:11Biden held a tense three-hour
00:21:12meeting with Serbian leader
00:21:14Slobodan Milosevic in April
00:21:161993.
00:21:18Again, to his credit, Biden
00:21:20worked on several versions of
00:21:21legislative language urging the
00:21:23U.S. toward greater
00:21:24involvement.
00:21:26Biden has rightly considered
00:21:27his role in the Balkans'
00:21:28crisis as his proudest moment
00:21:30in public life regarding
00:21:31foreign policy.
00:21:33In 1999, during the Kosovo
00:21:35War, Biden supported the
00:21:361999 NATO bombings, and he,
00:21:39with Senator John McCain,
00:21:41co-sponsored the McCain-Biden-Kosovo
00:21:43Resolution, which called on
00:21:45Clinton to use all necessary
00:21:47force, including ground troops,
00:21:48to confront Milosevic over
00:21:50Yugoslav actions toward ethnic
00:21:52Albanians in Kosovo.
00:21:55Biden was also a strong
00:21:57supporter of the war in
00:21:58Afghanistan, saying,
00:22:00whatever it takes, we should do
00:22:01it.
00:22:02As head of the Senate Foreign
00:22:04Relations Committee, he said
00:22:06in 2002 that Iraqi
00:22:08President Saddam Hussein was a
00:22:10threat to national security, and
00:22:12there was no other option than to
00:22:13eliminate that threat.
00:22:15In October 2002, as one of the
00:22:18most vocal hawks on Capitol Hill,
00:22:20he voted in favor of the
00:22:22authorization for use of military
00:22:23force against Iraq, approving the
00:22:26U.S. and coalition force
00:22:28invasion.
00:22:30By late 2006, Biden's stance had
00:22:32completely reversed, and he changed
00:22:34his previous opinions.
00:22:35He opposed the troop surge of 2007,
00:22:40saying that General David Petraeus was
00:22:42dead flat wrong in believing the
00:22:44surge could work, and Biden was
00:22:46wrong.
00:22:47The surge worked.
00:22:49Instead, Biden believing that
00:22:51dividing Iraq into three separate
00:22:53states, separating the factions, was a
00:22:55great idea, giving Kurds, Shiites, and
00:22:57Sunnis their own regions.
00:22:59Unfortunately, he failed to consult with
00:23:02Iran, Turkey, and Iraq.
00:23:03In September 2007, a non-binding
00:23:06resolution endorsing the plan passed
00:23:08to the Senate, but the idea failed to
00:23:11gain traction in the House of
00:23:12Representatives.
00:23:14To Biden's great credit, he did call for
00:23:17American intervention to end the
00:23:18genocide in Darfur, but he also spoke
00:23:21out against President George W. Bush's
00:23:23handling of the Iraq War, claiming that
00:23:26he had been opposed all along.
00:23:28Others, like John Kerry and Hillary
00:23:30Clinton, also altered their previous
00:23:33positions, even claiming they never
00:23:34supported the war.
00:23:37During the 2000s, Biden sponsored
00:23:40bankruptcy legislation sold by credit
00:23:42card issuers, and this made sense, as
00:23:45Biden was a major benefactor from the
00:23:46banks issuing those cards, most based in
00:23:49Delaware.
00:23:50They donated to his campaigns.
00:23:53Clinton had vetoed the bill in 2000, but
00:23:56it passed in 2005 during the George W. Bush
00:23:59administration as the Bankruptcy Abuse
00:24:01Prevention and Consumer Protection Act, with
00:24:04Biden being one of only 18 Democrats to
00:24:06vote for it, while leading Democrats and
00:24:09consumer rights organizations opposed it.
00:24:12This would set in motion the financial
00:24:14meltdown in 2007 and 2008.
00:24:19Biden also strongly supported increasing
00:24:21Amtrak funding by taxpayers because that
00:24:24program never made a profit, and like the U.S.
00:24:26Postal Service was always in the red.
00:24:29He opposed privatizing Amtrak, which would
00:24:32have made sense, as the private sector always
00:24:35manages a business better than the federal
00:24:37government.
00:24:39In 2007, Biden decided to run for the U.S.
00:24:42presidency again, but Biden's campaign could
00:24:45not compete in the primary challenges against
00:24:48the name recognition and momentum of fellow
00:24:50senators Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, and
00:24:53after receiving less than 1% of the vote in the
00:24:56crucial Iowa caucuses, Biden dropped out of the
00:24:59race.
00:25:01Biden was selected by Obama to be his vice
00:25:03presidential running mate, as it was believed
00:25:05that he could help the Obama campaign communicate
00:25:08its message of economic recovery to the blue
00:25:11collar voters crucial to swing states like Ohio
00:25:13and Pennsylvania.
00:25:16On November 2nd, 2008, the Obama and Biden
00:25:19ticket defeated Republicans, Arizona Senator John
00:25:22McCain and Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.
00:25:24On January 20th, 2009, Obama was sworn in as the 44th
00:25:30U.S. president and Biden became the 47th vice
00:25:33president.
00:25:34During this period, Biden's financial limitations
00:25:37manifested, along with the criminal behavior of
00:25:39then-Democrat Representative Barney Frank from
00:25:41Massachusetts.
00:25:43Frank had oversight of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and
00:25:45followed the Obama policy of giving home loans to
00:25:48underprivileged Americans, in essence those who could not
00:25:51afford them.
00:25:52Many of these owners unable to pay for the mortgages
00:25:55defaulted, and the banks had to recover those losses, which
00:25:58depleted cash reserves for other investments.
00:26:01Barney Frank lied to Congress and the American people during
00:26:04the crisis period from 2006 to 2008.
00:26:08Housing prices took a plunge even greater than the price drop
00:26:11during the Great Depression, and new construction ground to a halt, as
00:26:15the leading institutions were going bankrupt, and new loans could
00:26:18not be secured by builders, and refinancing existing loans was
00:26:22almost impossible.
00:26:24In fact, that very discussion came to a head in 2009, when Frank was
00:26:28on Fox News Channel's The O'Reilly Factor, when Bill O'Reilly
00:26:32called Frank out for the lies, deception, and cover-ups.
00:26:35It was proven that, even while Frank and Biden, among others, touted the
00:26:39solvency of the home-lending institutions, they were secretly selling
00:26:43their stocks to cash in before the whole house of cards collapsed.
00:26:48They saw it coming and did not tell the American people.
00:26:50In fact, they did just the opposite.
00:26:53The crisis was in essence created by Obama, Biden, Frank, and others with
00:26:58limited intellect and banking knowledge which led to the Great Recession, and
00:27:01millions of working-class Americans, the very people the Democrats,
00:27:05claimed to represent, lost everything from 401Ks to homes and to their jobs.
00:27:12Two years after the recession ended, unemployment was still above 9%,
00:27:15retirement plans evaporated, and Obama and Biden secured taxpayer bailouts
00:27:20for the banks and savings and loans that made those risky loans, most to
00:27:24unqualified homebuyers who would not have qualified due to income and credit
00:27:28ratings.
00:27:29The major CEOs, CFOs, and others who ran these lending institutions were given
00:27:34golden financial parachute bailouts, so massive their feet would never touch the ground.
00:27:41They were not held liable for fiscal mismanagement, lying to the shareholders, the
00:27:46American public, and keeping separate books for presentation to auditors.
00:27:50The shareholders and investors who lost all their money were left to wither on the
00:27:55vine, but they took care of their rich Democrat friends.
00:27:57But many Republicans were also involved, such as President George H. Bush Jr., who allowed this
00:28:03to happen, so to be fair, he also did nothing.
00:28:09That bailout of the wealthy manifested later when they reciprocated by funding Democrat candidates
00:28:14in the next midterm election, as well as Obama-Biden, for their re-election for the second term.
00:28:21In March 2008, insider investors like Barney Frank and others in the know, all liberals and a few
00:28:27Republicans, sold off their investment shares in the bank Bear Stearns because it contained too many
00:28:33of the questionable and toxic assets. Bear Stearns approached JPMorgan Chase for a bailout,
00:28:39but the Fed had to sweeten the deal with a $30 billion guarantee using taxpayer money.
00:28:45The situation on Wall Street rapidly deteriorated throughout the summer of 2008.
00:28:51Congress authorized the Treasury Secretary to take over the mortgage companies Fannie Mae
00:28:56and Freddie Mac, which Barney Frank oversaw and ran into the ground, and it cost $187 billion.
00:29:04Remember, Frank, Biden, and other liberals, as well as some Republicans, sold out before the crash.
00:29:11They had insider information. On September 16, 2008, the Fed loaned another $85 billion to AIG
00:29:18as a bailout, although the average citizen lost everything.
00:29:23On September 17, 2008, the crisis created a run on money market funds where companies parked excess
00:29:30cash to earn interest on it overnight, and banks then used those funds to make short-term loans.
00:29:36During the run, companies moved a record $172 billion out of their money market accounts
00:29:43into even safer U.S. Treasury bonds. Many would call that insider trading.
00:29:49On September 20, 2008, Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson and Fed Chair Ben Bernanke submitted a $700
00:29:57billion bailout package to Congress. This response helped stop the run, but Republicans blocked the
00:30:04bill for two weeks because they didn't want to bail out banks. They only approved the bill
00:30:09on October 1, 2008, after global stock markets almost collapsed. Welcome to Bidenomics.
00:30:17Another factor of interest was that Biden had worked with the Federal Reserve and other members of the
00:30:21government to alter the unemployment numbers so that the administration looked better.
00:30:25In October and November, the Fed and Treasury restructured the bailout, bringing the total
00:30:33amount to $182 billion. By 2012, the government made $22.7 billion profit when the Treasury sold
00:30:42its last AIG shares, but those average Americans who lost their retirement investments never saw one dime.
00:30:49When they calculated unemployment, they never counted those discouraged workers who had given
00:30:55up looking for a job and dropped out of the workforce. Likewise, in order to appear better politically,
00:31:01the Obama-Biden administration began counting part-time and temporary employment into the job numbers.
00:31:08Biden personally led the charge to perform damage control after the Affordable Care Act passed in the
00:31:13dark of night without a single Republican vote in support of it. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
00:31:20was signed into law on March 23, 2010. The law mandated that businesses with more than 50 full-time
00:31:26employees under the new law had to provide exhaustive and costly coverage to those workers.
00:31:33The end result was that companies then had to make hard choices. Some downsized their workforce
00:31:39below 50 workers, some made their full-time workers part-time, while some companies simply moved their
00:31:46businesses overseas, many to China, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Europe, for cheaper operating expenses to escape
00:31:52the unaffordable insurance requirements. Biden actively supported the ACA, known as Obamacare,
00:32:00and the lies that were told to the public were exposed when millions of Americans lost their existing
00:32:04health care plans if they did not conform to the much more expensive ACA requirements.
00:32:11Long-time patients lost their doctors, which they were told would not happen, and many doctors in
00:32:15private practice, seeing that Medicare payments would not cover their operating expenses, simply
00:32:21retired from the practice of medicine. Simply put, it was a bad law that crippled the economy across the
00:32:26board, a true result of a socialist-inspired policy mandate, which Joe Biden totally supported.
00:32:32Obama and Biden claimed that it was not a tax, but in fact it was, and when challenged to the Supreme
00:32:39Court, the justices ruled it was legal because it is a tax and Congress can make tax laws.
00:32:47But guess who lobbied Biden and other Democrats to get the law passed? That's right, the major insurance
00:32:53companies, because they believed that they would make more money since the government was covering the bill.
00:32:59And with the mandatory tax imposed for those who did not buy it, and the high cost of coverage that
00:33:06locked it in, it was a win for everybody. Those people who lost full-time working status in many cases took
00:33:14second part-time jobs, which were continuously added to the Obama-Biden unemployment figures,
00:33:20providing a false impression of higher employment in the country. While Biden mostly served in the role of
00:33:26behind-the-scenes advisor to Obama, he was very active in formulating federal policies relating to
00:33:32the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Also, to Biden's credit, it should be mentioned that he helped bring
00:33:38the new Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty between the United States and the Russian Federation to life in 2010.
00:33:44In October 2015, Biden announced that he would not seek the 2016 Democratic nomination after the death of his son Bo.
00:33:51Obama presented Biden with the Presidential Medal of Freedom on January 12, 2017, in a surprise ceremony
00:33:59at the White House. However, there were many things coming back to haunt Biden. Also, in 2017, Biden wrote a
00:34:07memoir, Promise Me Dad, and went on a book tour. By 2019, he and his wife reported that they had earned over
00:34:14$15 million since the end of his vice presidency from speaking engagements and book sales. However,
00:34:21Biden, the man who claimed to be the poorest man in Congress, paid millions of dollars in cash for
00:34:26several homes, including a beach house in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Biden's income-to-debt ratio did not
00:34:32match IRS records, nor did Hunter's. More on that in Part 3. More allegations of sexual misconduct
00:34:40continued to follow Biden. Lucy Flores, a former Nevada State Assemblywoman, came forward saying that Biden
00:34:47inappropriately kissed her at a campaign event and a former congressional aide named Amy Lapos spoke of
00:34:53how Biden must made her uncomfortable at a fundraiser. Between March and April 2019, eight women accused
00:35:00by the inappropriate physical contact. The most credible allegation of sexual assault came from a
00:35:07former aide named Tara Reid. She had reported the event and filed a formal complaint to the ethics
00:35:14committee through proper channels, informed her family and friends and her mother, Jeanette Altimas,
00:35:21called the popular talk show Larry King live in 1993 to talk with King.
00:35:26The title of the program that day was Washington, the cruelest city on earth. And one of the guests
00:35:34was Lois Romano, who at the time worked as a journalist for the Washington Post. The entire
00:35:40event was laid out on national TV. Despite the scandals, Biden announced that he was running for
00:35:46president in 2020 on April 25th, 2019, and he was heavily criticized for his long-time support of the
00:35:53Hyde Amendment, the federal law that bans federal funding for abortions. As he was running for
00:35:59president due to liberal pressure, he reversed his position on Hyde, as well as his many previous
00:36:05positions on gay marriage, gays in the military, etc. He always chose the position that gave him
00:36:11political lift. In essence, he has always been a fraud, never having a strong moral position that could
00:36:18not be swayed for personal or political advantage. What really brought interest into Biden's family
00:36:24finances was the first debate between Trump and Biden. Biden denied that his family had made any
00:36:31money from China or that he had ever spoken to his son Hunter or anyone in his family about their
00:36:36foreign business interests. Trump knew that it was all a lie, as he had the information and people had
00:36:43come forward, such as retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Tony Bobulinski, the CEO of Sino Hawk Holdings.
00:36:51He provided electronic, written, and verified whistleblower testimony, refuting all the claims made
00:36:56by both Hunter and Joe Biden, and all of Bobulinski's assertions proved to be 100% accurate.
00:37:04In September 2019, it was revealed that President Trump had inquired into the Ukrainian government
00:37:10investigating Biden and his son Hunter. This was the result of Biden blackmailing the president of
00:37:15Ukraine threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid unless the country's prosecutor general at the
00:37:22time was fired. The investigation was into Burisma Holdings and their illegal activities in trying to
00:37:29corner the energy market, and why Hunter Biden, without any business, energy, or serious finance experience,
00:37:38no knowledge of the Ukraine, as well as a documented history of drug addiction was involved.
00:37:44Trump wanted answers. In the September 24th speech, Biden called Trump's actions an abuse of power and
00:37:51said he would support impeachment if Trump did not cooperate with Congress. The stupidity of that
00:37:56scenario was that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ignited impeachment proceedings that same day, without even
00:38:02having an inquiry. The impeachment proved to be a farce when the transcript of the call was made public,
00:38:11proving that Trump had in fact only inquired as to the status of the investigation, given the evidence
00:38:17that the Bidens were making millions from Burisma in undeclared, unearned, and untaxed income.
00:38:23Quickly getting to work, President Biden signed a series of executive orders,
00:38:28over his first few days in office, 17 being signed the first day. He reversed the successful policies
00:38:36initiated by Trump and opened the southern border in violation of federal law and his oath of office.
00:38:42Pandering to his New Green Deal Democrats, Biden killed the pipelines, stopped giving new leases to
00:38:48drill, restricted land so that current leases could not be used, and pushed electric vehicles for which
00:38:53all the major components are made in China, and the materials are mined by slave labor in Africa,
00:38:59mostly children. In his first two weeks in office, Biden signed more executive orders than any other
00:39:05president since Franklin D. Roosevelt had in their first month in office, and every one of them has
00:39:11damaged the country. Biden also removed the Remain in Mexico policy, which prevented the illegals from
00:39:17around the world from crossing the border, with the assistance of the Mexican government,
00:39:21who had also secured their southern border with Guatemala. Biden agreed to re-enter the United
00:39:27States in the climate-related Paris Agreement, but and he overturned the ban that prevented entry
00:39:33from Muslims coming from terrorists supporting nations. Biden campaigned and then pulled funding
00:39:38for the completion of the wall along the Mexican border. He then began having the border wall cut,
00:39:43open to allow more illegals and criminals to enter the country. As we go into part three, we will see
00:39:51how Biden undermined national security, sold access and influence, violating his oath of office from
00:39:57senator through president, stole highly classified material, lied to the American people regarding his
00:40:04family's crime spree, and weakened the country's position on the world stage, which is explained by the
00:40:10Biden crime family's sudden wealth and political decisions that only benefited our enemies.

00:41:17Upon coming into office, Joseph Biden completely upended the positive gains made by his predecessor,
00:41:24Donald Trump. Almost as in an act of revenge, he decided to use his executive orders to destroy the
00:41:30nation's economy and security to appease the far-left progressives who hated Trump and yet
00:41:36benefited from his successes. How much damage did Biden do with his executive orders?
00:41:43What did he do to undermine our national and economic security? How did he make the United States a
00:41:49weaker nation on the world stage? What was the result of his actions domestically and internationally?
00:41:58Hello, I'm Colin Heaton, military veteran, historian, author, and welcome to this episode of Forgotten History.
00:42:19From day one, President Biden got busy immediately. He revoked the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline and
00:42:29kept a campaign promise to destroy the fossil fuel industry after Trump had made the country not only
00:42:34energy independent, but the world's largest exporter of oil and natural gas. Which explained the great
00:42:41economy and low energy prices, food prices, and transportation prices. In fact, Russia could not
00:42:48compete with our volume quality and quantity as well as our selling prices to Europe, which brought the
00:42:54economy down hard for Russia. The Arab Gulf states were also suffering from the price of their crude
00:43:00dropping along with demand, as we did not need their oil. Biden was at least smart enough not to revoke the
00:43:08ban on Iranian oil exports, which under Trump almost had Iran begging for foreign aid as part of a U.S. and
00:43:15U.N. embargo on the terrorist state. But Biden simply chose not to enforce the ban, allowing Iran to pump
00:43:22and export 3 billion barrels a day, earning up to 100 billion dollars as of this recording. In addition,
00:43:30he gave 10 billion dollars in cash to Iran and allowing them to export their oil made them wealthy
00:43:36enough to restart their financial support of the primary terrorist groups in the Middle East.
00:43:41The results were obvious on October 7, 2023. Biden bucks also supplied the weapons to include
00:43:49automatic rifles, rockets, and anti-tank missiles purchased from China and Russia, and has seen
00:43:55great increase in attacks upon U.S. troops in Iraq, Syria, and at ships at sea fired from Yemen by Houthi
00:44:02terrorist also sponsored by Iran. In 2020, the U.S. debt was $23 trillion and gold $1,500 an ounce.
00:44:122023, $33 trillion and gold is over $2,000 an ounce. There's a direct correlation to the national debt
00:44:20and price of gold. Donald Trump warned, the U.S. dollar no longer being the world standard will be
00:44:26our greatest defeat in 200 years. Dollar all over. But you take a look at what's happening to it now
00:44:32with other countries not using it. Call the proud Americans of the Patriot Gold Group today before

00:45:15Biden, who for years previously opposed same-sex marriage and gays in the military,
00:45:23flipped again. He allowed transgender people to once again serve in the military,
00:45:29which reduces combat readiness and increases the cost of the overall military budget,
00:45:34given the elevated health care requirements for many, forcing the taxpayers to pay for
00:45:39transitioning surgeries and aftercare, which also debilitates military readiness.
00:45:44One of Trump's great accomplishments was securing additional health care access for veterans by
00:45:50outsourcing care to private facilities with the guarantee of federal compensation. This program
00:45:56greatly benefited veterans who had suffered for decades with long waits for treatments and evaluation,
00:46:02especially by getting them into specialists within a matter of days in some cases instead of months or
00:46:08even years. My own son, Max, a Marine Afghanistan veteran, was a beneficiary of this outstanding program
00:46:16that even many Democrats supported. But Biden killed it when he decided that sending VA health care workers
00:46:22to handle the millions of illegal immigrants he allowed in violating his oath of office and federal
00:46:28immigration law and national security was more important. Biden initially reneged on his promise to
00:46:35raise the Trump era cap of 15,000 refugees per year before political pushback forced him to reconsider his stance.
00:46:43Instead, he just opened the southern border again, violating his oath of office and federal law.
00:46:50He also reversed Trump and rejoined the fraudulent criminal and totally unreliable World Health Organization
00:46:57and Paris Climate Accord. But there have been serious concerns. One former staffer reported that since at least 2020,
00:47:06during the presidential Democratic primaries, he was being forced to take dementia medications before
00:47:12each public appearance by his wife to render him coherent. This eyewitness said that before taking the pills,
00:47:19he was like a small child and unable to speak and was basically unable to function.
00:47:23This seems to be an explanation for his erratic and incoherent behavior.
00:47:30Biden also agreed to re-enter the Iran nuclear deal, which was a farce the day it was agreed upon by the
00:47:35Obama administration. And Biden, over the course of time, released billions of more dollars to Iran,
00:47:41which in turn funded more terrorism which we are seeing today in Israel, Iraq, Syria and Yemen.
00:47:47In one of the greatest intellectual failures in American history, Biden decided to change the
00:47:54plan for American forces to begin withdrawing from Afghanistan in 2020, negotiated by Trump and,
00:48:01under the provisions of a February 2020 U.S.-Taliban agreement, that set a May 1, 2021 deadline,
00:48:08with the Taliban following certain conditions. The Taliban honored those conditions under Trump,
00:48:13and not one American serviceman was wounded or killed during the process.
00:48:18However, seeing the weakness of the man in the White House and the people he surrounded himself
00:48:23with, the Taliban began an offensive on May 1, and by early July, most American troops in Afghanistan
00:48:29had been withdrawn. Biden incompetently addressed the world by saying, quote,
00:48:35the likelihood there's going to be the Taliban overrunning everything and owning the whole country
00:48:40is highly unlikely, end quote. On August 16th, 2021, Biden addressed the messy situation,
00:48:47taking responsibility for it and admitting that the situation unfolded more quickly than we had
00:48:52anticipated. The U.S. military completed the withdrawal from Afghanistan on August 30th. Biden called the
00:48:59extraction of over 120,000 Americans, Afghans and their other allies, an extraordinary success. Although,
00:49:07he acknowledged that up to 200 Americans, by his estimate, who wanted to leave, did not leave,
00:49:13despite his August 18th pledge to keep troops in Afghanistan until all Americans who wanted to leave
00:49:19had left. He abandoned them. He never explained leaving over a billion dollars worth of expensive and
00:49:27sensitive military hardware to be sold or given to Iran, Russia and China to be reverse engineered
00:49:32and possibly used against us. He defended his decision on the method to withdraw, saying that
00:49:39Americans should not be dying in a war, that Afghan forces are not willing to fight for themselves.
00:49:46We have already posted a video on this disaster, so we will not belabor the matter here.
00:49:50In another incomprehensible display of illogic, right after virtually killing the oil and gas
00:49:57industry by closing federal lands that Trump approved, on February 4th, 2021, the Biden
00:50:03administration announced that the United States was ending its support for the Saudi-led bombing
00:50:08campaign in Yemen against the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorists, and that he would reevaluate the
00:50:14United States' relationship with Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia had been bombing the Iran-backed Houthi
00:50:21rebels, the terrorist group that had been attacking Saudi Arabia, a group which Biden also removed from
00:50:26the official terrorist list appeasing Iran, whom he paid off. So, Biden flips off the Saudis, destroying the
00:50:37strong bonds made by President Trump with the Abraham Accords that brought Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Israel,
00:50:43Morocco, United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain into a negotiation with all those nations focused upon Iran
00:50:51as the primary threat to the region, in essence, a coalition. Biden also depleted the critical U.S.
00:50:58strategic oil reserve to compensate for the rapid drop in domestic production in order to offset
00:51:04skyrocketing fuel prices. But even worse, he was selling that oil to China as well, while at the same
00:51:11time giving Iran billions of more dollars directly and letting them ship their oil to fund terrorists.
00:51:18In order to try and recover from that imbecilic self-inflicted wound, Biden went begging to Venezuela
00:51:25and Saudi Arabia, nations he openly vilified, to purchase oil from those nations, which only increased
00:51:32the price at the pump and made us a weaker nation. When Biden went to the Saudis begging for more oil to be
00:51:39pumped and shipped to the U.S., the Saudis simply refused. Trump's projection of power kept the
00:51:46world's bad actors in check, but Biden's posturing and displays of frailty, stupidity, and weakness
00:51:52made the world a far more dangerous place. After Russia invaded Ukraine, which would not have happened
00:51:58under Trump, Biden inexplicably refused to allow NATO countries to provide the Ukrainians with high-tech
00:52:05Soviet-made equipment, especially missiles and jet fighter bombers, which the Ukrainians understood and
00:52:11could have put to good use. His apathetic physical response to the problem contrasted with his public
00:52:18verbal support of Ukraine. Only now is Biden being under pressure to supply Ukraine, much like when Obama
00:52:25and Biden said nothing and did nothing as Putin took Crimea in 2014. In Chapter 4, we will follow the money
00:52:33trails that explain Biden's blind eye approach to these rogue regimes. But what Biden did was to appoint
00:52:40persons within the federal government who were both politically and possibly financially beholding
00:52:45to the Biden crime family. The American public, in fact, the world at large, has seen the complete
00:52:51abrogation of equal application of federal laws, and here are a few examples. The federal government
00:52:57agencies have been protecting the Biden crime family's operations, as well as the double legal standard
00:53:03applied to Democrats and Republicans and how Joe Biden has, for the time being, benefited from this
00:53:08corruption. Here we will lay out the roadmap for why Joseph Biden should have been indicted and
00:53:15possibly will still be indicted. Besides opening the southern border and allowing an unfettered
00:53:22invasion of our country by people from 174 nations and counting, Biden on November 2, 2022,
00:53:31while packing files at the Penn Biden Center, Biden's attorneys found classified documents spanning his
00:53:37career both as a senator and his vice presidency in a supposed locked closet. According to the White
00:53:44House, the documents were reported that day to the U.S. National Archives, which recovered the documents
00:53:50the next day under FBI's supervision. On November 14, the totally corrupt Attorney General Merrick Garland
00:53:58appointed U.S. Attorney John R. Lausch Jr. to conduct an investigation, which was a smokescreen. On December
00:54:0620, a second collection of classified documents was discovered in the garage of Biden's Wilmington
00:54:11Delaware residents. This was not a secure and approved location, unlike Donald Trump's storeroom at
00:54:17Mar-a-Lago, which was not only FBI approved and Secret Service protected, it also had 24-7 surveillance.
00:54:26Biden had classified documents dating back to the early 1970s, which he had to have stolen because
00:54:31he had no authorization to access. Given that no one except the president has control authority to
00:54:37remove documents from secure locations and only the president has immediate declassification authority,
00:54:43these were obviously stolen documents and despite being decades old, most were not declassified.
00:54:48These were felonies, one count per document, which were not only unsecured in a garage but in the
00:54:55possession of an unauthorized person where others had direct access to these items. If any other American
00:55:03had been in possession of any of these documents, they would have to be reincarnated many times over
00:55:09in order to serve all the prison sentences that would have been issued. But in another clear
00:55:15example of preferred justice, when the later search warrants were being prepared, Biden's attorneys were
00:55:21called by the FBI and warned in advance that there would be a search of various properties and there
00:55:28were no SWAT teams and heavy weaponry, unlike with Donald Trump. These findings were made public on
00:55:35January 10, 2023, after several news outlets published articles on the investigation, many from leaked sources.
00:55:42On January 12, Garland appointed Robert K. Hur as the special counsel to investigate the possible
00:55:49unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or other records. Only a Democrat president
00:55:56protected by the liberal deep state could have that decision rendered and not be in handcuffs.
00:56:02On January 20, after a 13-hour consensual search by FBI investigators, six more classified items were
00:56:09recovered from Biden's Wilmington home. Again, no charges. FBI agents searched Biden's other home in
00:56:16Rehoboth Beach on February 1 and collected papers and notes from his time as vice president, but they
00:56:23claimed they did not find any classified information. And yet, in another inexplicable decision, Biden
00:56:32allowed a Chinese spy balloon to fly over Alaska, Canada, and the continental United States,
00:56:37as it passed over some of our most sensitive military installations. Only after the public was
00:56:43asking hard questions did Biden order the United States Air Force to shoot it down on February 4,
00:56:482023, off the coast of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The Biden administration was very quiet about the
00:56:55event until it was forced to admit the fact that the balloon was carrying two railroad cars equivalent
00:57:01worth of spy equipment. The Chinese government denied that it was a spy balloon instead claiming it was a
00:57:08civilian meteorological weather balloon that had blown off course. The question is, since the U.S. already
00:57:15knew what it was, and Biden was informed, what was he doing as it continued gathering intelligence?
00:57:23The State Department said the balloon carried antennas and other equipment capable of
00:57:27geolocating communication signals and similar balloons from China have already flown over more
00:57:32than 40 nations before this event. Our intelligence agencies were recording the same data that was
00:57:38being sent to China so they knew what information was being gathered, and Biden still refused to act.
00:57:44In part four, we will explain why. As of November 2009, Biden's net worth was less than $250,000,
00:57:52but, miraculously, by November 2020, the Bidens were worth $9 million, at least on the books, which was
00:57:59explained away as largely being due to sales of Biden's books and speaking fees after his vice presidency.
00:58:07However, book sales reports and IRS documents showed that was not true, and in fact, much of that
00:58:13income was unaccounted for and undeclared foreign money. This was also the period where Hunter Biden flew
00:58:19with him to various countries, secured lucrative deals without any real experience in these various
00:58:25businesses, and sat on boards where his father had oversight of those countries as part of his duties
00:58:30as vice president. So far, the Biden wealth factor is estimated to be around $32 million, most of it
00:58:37undeclared and untaxed income, which has yet to result in anything resembling an indictment,
00:58:43except against his son, Hunter Biden, and we will break that down in greater detail in port four.
00:58:49In another display of the Biden Führerschaft is when he unleashed the Department of Justice in true
00:58:58Gestapo fashion against those persons and groups he deems as enemies, such as sending SWAT teams to
00:59:05the homes of citizens who were not even wanted for violent crimes. One such victim was pro-life father of
00:59:11seven Mark Houck, whose home was raided on September 23, 2022, and he was acquitted in federal court on
00:59:18charges of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act. His case was a clear violation of
00:59:24his constitutional rights, and he is planning to sue the FBI and other authorities following his ordeal.
00:59:31Biden's Justice Department, through Attorney Merrick Garland, and the FBI Director Christopher Wray sent
00:59:38memos out to field offices to spy on Catholic Americans in their churches, labeling them
00:59:43far right-wing domestic terrorists. I have to wonder, where were they when burn, loot, murder,
00:59:50and Antifa were torching 635 cities in multiple events, and destroying federal buildings, police
00:59:58stations, and actually killing people? This same Keystone Cops collective also branded concerned parents
01:00:06who challenged their progressive pornography-riddled school boards as domestic terrorists, and actually
01:00:12used the Democrat-run school boards and local district attorneys to conceal the violent rapes of young
01:00:18girls by transgender boys, and then arrest the parents who came forward asking for answers.
01:00:25When Biden's daughter Ashley's diary was left behind in the halfway house where she was staying after
01:00:30drug rehabilitation. James O'Keefe, a man whom I met and spoke with of Project Veritas, was given what
01:00:38were purported to be copies. He decided not to publish the contents because he could not verify its
01:00:44authenticity, which is jurisprudent, and he handed the diary over to law enforcement, which was rated anyway.
01:00:52The cover story was that the diary had been stolen, which was proven to be untrue,
01:00:57but the supposed contents do not put Joseph Biden in a very good light as a parent. In fact,
01:01:03some of the reported contents would lead some jurisdictions to consider criminal charges.
01:01:09However, Biden's past came back to haunt him again. As unbiased fact-checkers began exploring his many
01:01:16outrageous claims, his pandering to voters and even his constituents became legendary. We covered some of
01:01:24these in parts one and two, but here are a few others that are simply mind-boggling and too good to pass up.
01:01:30These are some real gems.
01:01:35In part four, we will continue the never-ending saga of Biden's lies to constituents and voters
01:01:41to curry favor, and we hope you find this part very interesting.
