00:00Double headers today in Chicago with the wind blowing out.
00:04It appears Joe and Eri, at least I don't think it's blowing in at this point,
00:07but looking at the totals, game number one is an eight,
00:09game number two is a nine, but a 2.20 start in game number one,
00:13an 8.05 start in game number two.
00:15Whatever happened to the Twilight, the Twilight double headers used to call them, Joe.
00:19Come out to the ballpark.
00:20We'll tip it off at 4.35.
00:22Next game starts 15 minutes after the first one ends.
00:25I know it's all about commercials,
00:26and there's not a double header scheduled on purpose,
00:29and we'll put the one game early, get everybody with their tickets out of there.
00:32The new tickets come in late.
00:33Whatever happened just to the good old double header of Major League Baseball
00:36that you bought a ticket for one game, you got two games.
00:40Yeah, long gone, right?
00:42That was it.
00:43Now you got to leave the ballpark.
00:45You got to come back in.
00:46You got like, this is absolutely ridiculous.
00:49But this is a huge, huge series,
00:53certainly for the Cubs who over the last couple of weeks,
00:56really since the all-star break, Donnie,
00:58they have forgotten how to hit.
01:00They have forgotten how to score runs.
01:02They just played an entire series with Pittsburgh,
01:05and we didn't get one over in the game, Donnie.
01:07Not one over.
01:09Every game stayed woefully under the total,
01:12and that's just been what it has been for the Cubs.
01:15But in the meantime, you got Milwaukee rattling off 14 straight wins,
01:18and guess what?
01:19They're running away with the division here.
01:22The Cubs cannot lose this series,
01:24and they need to start it off on the right foot.
01:26But the problem is, I don't know that that's going to happen with Freddy Peralta.
01:31The bullpen of the Brewers has been worked here over the last week.
01:34They didn't have to work him yesterday.
01:36They just refused to do it.
01:38But Freddy Peralta might have to get a few innings out of him
01:42in order to be able to save that bullpen.
01:45I still like Milwaukee.
01:46If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
01:47I don't trust the Cubs' offense.
01:49I'll tell you, it's like once upon a time in Hollywood,
01:52that meme that floats around with Leonardo DiCaprio,
01:54like pointing at the TV screen, like, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh.
01:56Like, that's like the Chicago Cubs pointing, like, hey,
01:58we got two games in a row.
02:00They actually lost one.
02:01We got a game in the standings.
02:02That's something you haven't seen over the past two weeks,
02:04every single day, the Milwaukee Brewers were winning baseball games.
02:07But you are so right about this.
02:09Like, the evolution of a Major League Baseball season,
02:11we know, Joe, there's ebbs and flows all over the place.
02:13But the Chicago Cubs were a wrecking machine on offense
02:17for a good month and a half.
02:19Every day they showed up on my card, like, I started and said,
02:22if I want an RBI prop, let me see who PCA is going up against today.
02:25Maybe a Michael Bush home run.
02:27Like, everybody in that lineup was crushing baseballs,
02:30and it was almost like the faucet turned off at once,
02:33where they went from everybody is gushing and hitting
02:35to nobody can do anything here.
02:37That's the crazy part about the Cubs' season for me.
02:41It's tale of two halves, Donnie.
02:43It really has.
02:44And it's, you know, we were so worried about,
02:47my problem with the Cubs always was,
02:49I don't necessarily trust this pitching staff and this bullpen.
02:53They didn't make any big moves at the trade deadline.
02:56And yet, you know, well, they just stopped hitting Suzuki and Tucker.
03:01And these guys have been MIA.
03:03And it didn't get any better against Pittsburgh over the weekend.
03:06I'm not sure it's getting better against Peralta and company
03:09in this series against Milwaukee.
03:11Yeah, I actually wanted to see, like, that 15-game winning streak
03:16come to town in Chicago.
03:17Like, if there's any way they could play five-game show
03:19and, like, five straight wins by the Brewers
03:21to make it 20 games in a row,
03:23that would have been absolutely phenomenal to watch it.
03:25But good things come to an end,
03:27and maybe they get another streak started this week.
03:29But that was finally something for the Cubs to say,
03:31man, they don't win every game.
03:33Because then the pressure really ramps up.
03:35Like, game one, Peralta's on the mound.
03:36He beats Horton.
03:37Oh, no, that's 16 games in a row.
03:39And now you're 10 games back or whatever in the stands at this point.
03:42So maybe you can win this series.
03:44But come on, like, even if you win it,
03:45three to two seems like that's a really good task.
03:48Four to one, 5-0 to make a dent.
03:50Can you imagine a nine-game, like, setback five games in a row
03:53and makes it, like, four games?
03:54Or it goes in the opposite direction, Joe,
03:56of, like, 14, you know, as the lead?
03:58That's crazy.
03:59Yep.
04:00Yeah, and that's exactly the point that we're at with this.
04:03Timing is everything, right?
04:05So now the Brewers, all right, you finally lost a game.
04:08And now you've got to go up against this kid, Cade Horton,
04:11who has given up, what, one run across 28 and a third innings here?
04:17So, you know, runs might be hard to come by here.
04:20Even with the wind apparently blowing out at Wrigley this afternoon,
04:23I don't know how many runs we're getting from the Cubs here, though.
04:27That's the problem.
04:29How does this end today, Joe?
04:30Like, there's two games here.
04:31Usually you can just say, flip the coin,
04:35one team's going to win game number one, obviously,
04:36but the other team that lost game number one is going to win game number two.
04:40Is there a chance?
04:40Because a sweep by the Brewers wouldn't raise my eyebrow.
04:43A sweep by the Cubs would raise my eyebrow.
04:45Like, okay, now that's three games in a row that Milwaukee lost,
04:48and the Cubs have sunk their teeth into two more games in the standings.
04:52What's more likely today?
04:53Forget about the split.
04:54Who's going to sweep today, Joe?
04:56Yeah, well, if it's a sweep you're after, it's likely going to be the Brewers,
05:04because we trust those bats more than we trust the bats of the Cubs,
05:08and ultimately you've got to score runs to win games and sweep in a double header.
05:12Talking about a sweep here, the San Francisco Giants and the San Diego Padres
05:15we'll talk about next.
05:16Coming off a sweep, that's the Padres, but the wrong way.
05:19They got swept.
05:20Can they win today?
05:219.07, 9.08 on the rotation.
05:25Major League Baseball, get your handicapping hats on here.
05:289.40 start tonight.
05:29That's Robbie Ray, the lefty.
05:30We'll be on the mound against Nestor Cortez.
05:31He also, Joe Ranieri, is a left-handed starter.
05:34Favorite overnight at around a minus-130 price.
05:36Starting to grow as high as 150s and 152s in the marketplace.
05:40A total which opened up overnight at eight has now dropped at most outlets to seven and a half.
05:45Nestor Cortez on the mound.
05:47He's supposed to be the stopper of the three-game losing streak.
05:50They can't lose anymore because the Dodgers starting to gain ground and sort of say,
05:54you know what?
05:54Now's our point to take off.
05:56What happens tonight in San Diego?
05:58Well, they better bounce back is what they need to do.
06:01I mean, the Giants are a hot mess.
06:02I mean, it's good for the Giants to get out of Oracle where they just have not been able
06:08to win a game.
06:09They finally won a game yesterday for Logan Webb, but they have been absolutely miserable
06:16at home.
06:17The offense is nowhere to be found.
06:19They can't hit left-handed pitching, and wouldn't you know it, good old Nasty Nestor
06:24to lefty who's only allowed, Donnie, what, three runs in his last nine and a third innings,
06:28his last couple of starts.
06:30We know the Padres' bullpen leads the league in ERA.
06:35They've got a lot of guys that can come in and back them up.
06:37If they can get Nasty Nestor to five innings here, limit this Giants offense, which shouldn't
06:43be hard, you've got to like the Padres' chances of getting it done here and getting back in
06:48the win column.
06:49Got to do it.
06:51Like, you can't waste any more time because, you know, the Dodgers are in Colorado.
06:55So the Dodgers have probably put up 13 runs themselves tonight, and you can't afford to
06:59say, we just got swept out of first place.
07:01And then we lost another game as if we went head-to-head because we lost a game in the
07:04standings once again with our loss to the San Francisco Giants.
07:07We'll see what happens there.
07:09Seattle, staying here on the East Coast, played last night in Williamsport.
07:12Not a long trek to go from Mets, where they played, or Citi Field, going over to Williamsport,
07:18then over to Philadelphia here.
07:19So still keeping a West Coast team on the East Coast.
07:21That's going to be Gilbert versus Suarez.
07:23917, 918 on the rotation, 645 p.m., Citizens Bank Park.
07:27This favorite overnight, roughly a pick-em.
07:29Where does it sit right now?
07:30Still a pick-em.
07:32Total, let's just sit at eight.
07:33Let's drop the seven and a half at some outlets here.
07:35You usually see this and say, okay, Logan Gilbert, who has an ERA of 3.07 over his
07:40past 45 days and an XFIP of 3.16.
07:42Great.
07:42Well, Ranger Suarez is probably better.
07:44Anybody watch Ranger Suarez pitch over the past couple outings here, particularly over
07:47the last month?
07:48He's all the way down to a .558 ERA since July the 1st.
07:52This was a guy that we talked about, maybe some Cy Young hype, and was pitching that well.
07:56Something is wrong with Ranger, and it seems like it was like last year.
07:59Unbelievable start to the season.
08:01A little bit of back issues faded down the stretch.
08:03Comes back this year, pitched sensational to start the season, but now he's starting
08:07to leak.
08:08And I don't really think it's a mechanical issue or even just like your arm hurts or
08:11fatigue.
08:12It's just not pitching well.
08:14No, he's not.
08:15He's not locating.
08:16He's walking guys.
08:18He's giving up a lot of barrels, a lot of hard contact.
08:22So not great.
08:24But it is a pretty good spot for Philadelphia here.
08:28They had the early start yesterday, right?
08:31So that game was over.
08:32You have Seattle is on the midst of a long East Coast road trip here.
08:36Had to not only play at Citi Field, but had to hop in to think now they had to go to
08:41Williamsport last night to play Sunday night baseball.
08:44Yeah, I kind of I like Suarez to be able to limit the damage here.
08:49It's a good spot, I think, to to back Philadelphia to keep rolling.
08:54You need to bounce back tonight.
08:55By the way, Detroit did play good baseball.
08:57Just were horrendous yesterday.
08:58And trust me, it hurt my wallet.
09:00909, 910 tonight.
09:01640 p.m.
09:02Start.
09:03Houston's going to go on the road and they got to get some offense together as well.
09:07They didn't do anything yesterday.
09:08But Arragetti's on the mound, who I don't love working his way back off the aisle, going
09:12up against Jack Flaherty.
09:13Flaherty overnight around that minus 140 price, Joe, that's higher now.
09:16Minus 150s, minus 155s in the total that opened up at 8.5, still sits at 8.5.
09:21Detroit is at home versus Houston.
09:23It's a pretty pivotal game for both of these teams.
09:25You see Detroit starting to extend their lead once again over the Guardians, who you expect
09:29it would eventually fall back.
09:30But Houston needs every win they can get in that race with the Seattle Mariners.
09:35Yeah, and it feels like we got two pretty good pitchers for an over spot here.
09:41I don't like Flaherty.
09:42The longer the season goes, I think the more opportunities teams are going to have to put
09:47some runs on the board against him.
09:50And Arragetti still trying to work some of the rust off on his way back.
09:54He missed a ton of time this year.
09:56And when he has been back, he's been hit and he's been hit pretty hard here.
10:02So it wouldn't shock me if we get on a nice hot night there in Detroit.
10:07We get over eight and a half runs here.
10:09That's where I would look.
10:10Give me the runs.
10:11Yeah, keep in mind, too, because sometimes you still play it out like, OK, what's the
10:14starters going to do?
10:15And then the bullpen comes in.
10:16Haters down for the rest of the season.
10:17They're hoping to get him back for the playoffs.
10:19So when you get to that ninth inning, it's no longer like just turn the TV off.
10:22Like you might have a legitimate chance, which also means, Joe, stress on the bullpen.
10:25That normal sixth inning pitcher, he's now the seventh inning guy.
10:28The normal seventh inning guy, he's the eighth inning guy.
10:30The eighth inning guy is now the ninth inning guy.
10:32So it sort of sets back guys that you normally aren't used to coming into those situations.
10:36So if you do need extra runs or a comeback, there's a legitimate chance that you can get
10:40that.
10:40Paul Skeens, he's going to be your NL Cy Young Award winner, barring a devastating injury
10:45with the news that came in here over the weekend, where Zach Wheeler is going to be down
10:49for at least 15 days.
10:50He goes up against Kevin Galsman.
10:51That's the Toronto Blue Jays and the Pittsburgh Pirates tonight.
10:549-15, 9-16 on the rotation, a 6-40 start from Pittsburgh.
10:58No surprise.
10:59It's a seven total in this game, and it is a pick-em.
11:02Toronto's a much better team here.
11:03But can you rely on Paul Skeens to go six or seven innings, one earned run to keep him
11:09in the game?
11:09Or do you say, I'll take the better baseball team and wait out Paul Skeens and collect the
11:14victory at a depressed number?
11:15Yeah, well, as long as he's not pitching against Milwaukee, I think Paul Skeens will get back
11:21on track here.
11:22And again, we just talked about the Pirates.
11:25They've lost seven of eight, but those were all very close games at Wrigley, and they were
11:30all very low-scoring games, Donnie.
11:33So, coming off a pretty good smack that Milwaukee gave Skeens, he has been very good at PNC Park.
11:41The numbers bear it out.
11:43And you know who's not very good on the road?
11:45Toronto here.
11:47Toronto hits lefties better than they hit righties.
11:50I think this has got a dead under written all over it here tonight.
11:53You take a look at the last 45 days.
11:56Skeens is the number one pitcher on the card.
11:57That doesn't surprise anybody.
11:59ERA, really nice at 2.14, but an XFIP number, sensational, 2.86.
12:03You look at Kevin Galsman, he's got 48 and two-thirds innings pitched in over those 45 days.
12:08He still has a decent ERA at 2.96, but that XFIP number is a four.
12:12So, it is a pitching advantage here, as we know, for Pittsburgh.
12:14Like, can you imagine this game?
12:16Just switch lineups.
12:17Like, Skeens pitches for Toronto, and Toronto is at home.
12:20Are we looking at a minus 225 or higher?
12:22Even though we know Galsman's a decent pitcher, but you get Skeens a great pitcher with a bad lineup.
12:28You get Galsman, who's a quality pitcher, with a quality lineup.
12:31And that's why you get these games just a little bit lower.
12:33For me, like, if Pittsburgh isn't up at the end of the fifth inning, like, what are you doing with a Skeens start?
12:39Because you know Skeens probably isn't going all nine innings, and you leave it up to that bullpen.
12:43Like, the only way I could bet Skeens starts, though, to be honest, is betting them in the first five innings.
12:48Because if they do lose, they end up winning.
12:50It's like, well, that wasn't even my handicap.
12:52Like, nobody's saying, like, oh, I think Skeens gets beat up, but they win late in the game.
12:55Stop the madness.
12:56You think Skeens is absolutely filthy through seven innings.
12:59I can only bet Pittsburgh first five.
13:01And it's not a bad way to go either.
13:04I mean, I think runs either way are going to be hard to come by, by both Toronto and Pittsburgh.
13:11Is the game going to be decided in the latter half in the bullpens?
13:15Likely.
13:16But Galsman and Skeens are going to be tough to figure out for both these lineups here, I think.
13:22Exactly.
13:23Doubleheaders, we said, starts here at 2.20 p.m. Eastern between Milwaukee and Chicago.
13:27That win streak broke, and we'll see if they can climb up the leaderboard there with another win streak.
13:30But also understand this.
13:32The Cubs know this five-game set, Joe, it is do or die.
13:34You either win this 4-1 or you kiss the season goodbye with a chance to win that division.
13:39You just start trying to hunt down a wild card race.
13:40But if they can win that series 4-1 or do some more damage there, that should be a lot of fun to watch it play out.
13:46But other games on the card tonight, as we talked about, too, Joe, you look at that game in Colorado, 11.
13:51Yamamoto's a better pitcher, obviously, than Kyle Freeland.
13:53Is that a chance for that Dodgers-Bats to get really untracked?
13:56They perform very well in a pitching environment versus San Diego.
13:59But I'm really interested to see what we get out of the Dodgers.
14:01Because as we know, too, Joe, like you just had a series where you get to decompress and like, phew, swept the Padres.
14:06We're back in first place.
14:08But does that mean, okay, extra focus on Colorado?
14:11Or do you fall asleep in that thin air in a team that doesn't mean anything in the standings, right?
14:16Colorado has won four of their last five games, people.
14:21They are cruising three in a row at home.
14:25I wouldn't be laying any sort of big number right now against Colorado.
14:31Watch out, Dodgers.
14:32Watch out.
14:34By the way, watch out for Chris Bryant.
14:36Where is that guy anyway?
14:37I mean, my goodness, Chris Bryant.
14:38Show up for the Rockies once in a while.
14:40Tom Vecchio, join us next.
14:42Oh, the show just got better.
14:44Did your Monday just get better?
14:45Why?
14:45Because the energy is high.
14:46We know that.
14:47I'm Donnie Wrightside.
14:48He's Joe Ranieri.
14:49You know who else is coming into the show right now?
14:50It's Tom Vecchio, the jack of all trades, who sits in a chair next to me every single Sunday at 10 a.m.
14:55to 12 p.m.
14:56to break down the Major League Baseball card.
14:58And we're here to do it again, a full slate Monday, which you really like to see in baseball.
15:02And away we go, Tom.
15:04How are we feeling about today?
15:05We've got double headers.
15:06We've got big games.
15:06Yes, sir.
15:08Coming off of yesterday's show, hopefully everyone tuned in because we had a good show.
15:14First off, Eric Fetty, three plus walks at plus 155.
15:17Byron Buxton for a home run at plus 340 came through.
15:20And Zach Nettle and the Angels, shout out to extra innings at plus 320 for a home run.
15:24All three of those coming through are big plus money.
15:26Great show.
15:27We move on to today.
15:29We've got a preseason game tonight.
15:31Let's get going.
15:32By the way, did you hit your dog yesterday too?
15:35Because I hit the Reds.
15:36It was my dog.
15:38And I was like, oh my God, I'm going to lose my dog play yesterday.
15:41I had the White Sox.
15:42They were up early.
15:43The Royals came back and scored.
15:45That's true.
15:46And you had the Reds at plus money.
15:48And then there was some big steam.
15:49Plus 101.
15:51Yeah, then moving to minus 120 or whatever.
15:53So you hit that.
15:53We had some nice plus money really across the board yesterday.
15:57The pitcher props yesterday too.
15:58Had a little Myles Michaelis over two and a half earned runs.
16:00That happens.
16:01Oh, yeah.
16:01Very fun.
16:02I only had one home run guy to play.
16:04It was Vinny Pasquantino.
16:06But the other two guys sat that one out or came in late in the game to pinch it.
16:09So good fun.
16:09Major League Baseball show nonetheless.
16:11Which we get into Major League Baseball today.
16:13And I got to tell you, one of my letdowns yesterday,
16:15I thought we'd get more offense from the Boston Red Sox against Jansen.
16:19Junk didn't happen.
16:20They had the lead entering into the ninth inning.
16:21They lost.
16:22Chapman had the day off.
16:23And boy, did that pay dividends for the Marlins.
16:25But today, we have Baltimore and Boston in Boston.
16:28Rodgers and May.
16:29What are we looking at here, Tom?
16:31I'm looking forward to Red Sox to bounce back for a win.
16:34And there's a couple factors overall.
16:37We can say that Dustin May isn't a great pitcher.
16:40He's had some okay starts as of late.
16:41He's definitely had some bad starts as of late.
16:43There's no doubt about it.
16:44When you look at Trevor Rodgers, you know, he's having an unbelievable season.
16:48I'm going to put in quotes, we're looking at 69.1 innings pitch.
16:51He has a 1-4-3 ERA, which is bananas.
16:54Even if we look at his XFIP, which is sitting at 363, 363 XFIP is super solid.
16:59So he is due for regression by about two full runs.
17:03But even the 363 is still great.
17:06Also, I don't expect the Orioles' offense to continue doing what they did over the weekend
17:10versus the Astros, but 5, 6, 7, 12 runs a game.
17:13So a little bit cooler temperatures in Boston, a little bit of wind blowing in.
17:17I'd like the Red Sox to bounce back for a win.
17:19I'm not banking on Dustin May.
17:20I'm banking on the Red Sox overall.
17:22If Dustin May can get through five, maybe six innings and only give up two or three runs,
17:27I think we will get to the Orioles' bullpen and the Red Sox bounce back and come away with the win.
17:33All right.
17:34I'm sorry, Ty.
17:35I have to back up here for just a second.
17:38Did you say on the show yesterday that you somehow allowed Donnie to use a plus 101 as a dog bet
17:50and classify it as a dog?
17:53You allowed him to get away with that.
17:55What is it for a dog bet?
17:58Like, yeah, what is it?
17:59What is a dog play here?
18:01I had the White Sox at plus 138.
18:04I had the White Sox at plus 138.
18:05What, even money?
18:06That's a dog.
18:07If there's anyone to blame, technically, it should be our producer, Sam Yarnell,
18:13who allowed that bet to be put in.
18:15Because I had the White Sox at plus 138.
18:17They didn't come through.
18:18We got to blame anyone.
18:19Hold on.
18:19Sam.
18:19All right.
18:20All right.
18:20So tonight's football game, let's just say, is a minus one.
18:24Is there a favorite in that football game?
18:28Listen, if you are, if you have a segment that is labeled the dog,
18:34all right, and you come out with an even money play,
18:38and then your partner on that show has to call you out on it, right?
18:42I'm calling you out on it right now.
18:45I'm just saying, Tom.
18:46This doesn't even make sense.
18:47Don't let him get away with that.
18:49Don't let him get it.
18:50Here we go.
18:51Now, here's my favorite part about that, too.
18:57So apparently, we're going to go back to the sharp playbook.
19:00You take a plus 220 price that loses, that's way sharper than a plus 101 that wins.
19:06All right.
19:06Continue.
19:07Let's go.
19:08I'm just saying.
19:09I mean, bottom line, right?
19:10As long as it wins, you don't have to pay anything anyway.
19:13But tell me about tonight's game with the Padres.
19:17Do they bounce back in this spot here, or do we just,
19:22are we looking to fade them here over the next couple of days?
19:25Ultimately, I think they bounce back.
19:27But, you know, at what point do we have faith in the Giants
19:31to do literally anything that resembles scoring runs?
19:35Because the Giants don't score runs.
19:38They don't score runs at home.
19:39They don't score runs away.
19:40Robbie Ray's certainly a solid pitcher.
19:42Nesta Cortez has put up some solid starts for the Padres.
19:45I see the Padres winning this game.
19:48Again, especially if they have the lead, because,
19:50oh, the Giants literally can't score.
19:52And you can bring in Mason Miller, and he can give you a four-out save.
19:55The Padres can win this game 3-1, 4-1, whatever it might be,
19:58if we do get to the Giants' bullpen.
20:00Because I expect that we can see a first five under, full game under.
20:03And you give me a Padres live line closer to, let's call it 115.
20:08I'd be on board with that.
20:09I don't want to go to minus 140 on them, considering how they've been playing.
20:12And I believe Jackson Merrill left yesterday's game early.
20:15So, if their lineup's not at full strength, I absolutely don't want to be going to minus 140.
20:25Joe Ranieri, where do we get paid today?
20:27Tell them.
20:27Well, listen, Friday, we were all about PC Richard and Son, and we took the Yankees,
20:34and they ended up getting it done.
20:36That's correct.
20:37And tonight, listen, it's got to be Pittsburgh and Toronto.
20:43And listen, the reason I don't like Toronto on the grand scale in the future markets
20:47is you can't have a team that is skewed so much.
20:51They're so much better at home than they are on the road.
20:54If you take away the three games in which they scored 90 runs in Colorado a couple of
21:00weeks ago, this is not a great offensive team on the road for whatever reason.
21:05They haven't been all year.
21:07They hit lefties better than they hit righties.
21:09And now you have Paul Skeens on the mound for Pittsburgh, who has been absolutely lights
21:15out at PNC Park here.
21:18He got beat up a little bit last start against the Brewers, but who doesn't get beat up by
21:24the Brewers?
21:25Gausman, by the way, to his credit, he's allowed two or fewer runs in seven of his last nine
21:30starts.
21:31I don't see a lot of runs in this game at all.
21:34I'm looking at the under seven.
21:37It wouldn't shock me if this thing closes at six and a half, Donnie.
21:41No, we're expecting good pitching performances here.
21:43Nice night in Pittsburgh.
21:4482 degrees at start, wind blowing in slightly, but that's a pure pitcher's ballpark.
21:48And you got two pitchers on the mound.
21:49One good offensive lineup, as we know, in Toronto.
21:52One that's just brutal, seems like on a day-to-day basis for Pittsburgh.
21:55Just smells like a three-to-one victory by either one of these teams tonight.
21:58For me, Joe, I'm going to head down to your neck of the woods.
22:00I'm going to Miami.
22:02St. Louis in Miami.
22:02St. Louis in that heat.
22:04And humidity got beat up by the New York Yankees this weekend.
22:07Now they fly down to South Florida.
22:09Yes, you have some air conditioning in the building.
22:11That should help.
22:11But how about Matthew Libertor?
22:1324 and two-thirds innings pitched over his last 45 days.
22:16A 6.05, not ERA.
22:18That's his XFIP number.
22:19Yuri Perez, better pitcher.
22:21I'm taking the Marlins to get a victory.
22:24And by the way, before the show, minus 130 price when we put these in.
22:27We're getting steam, Joe.
22:28I got minus 140s out there.
22:30The people love to pick on the Marlins, and they're taking care of their business today.
22:34The Marlins on the money line?
22:35Absolutely.
22:37And listen, with Yuri Perez on the mound, I get pitching advantage.
22:41I get everything.
22:42I got no problem at all looking at the Marlins here tonight.
22:48I'd even do it first five, Donnie, as well, too.
22:50I think they play from in front.
22:51I think they play from in front.
