Pokémon-Legenden: Z-A bekommt einen neuen Multiplayer-Modus mit dem Namen Battle Club. Hier treten vier Spieler*innen gleichzeitig an und versuchen, so viele gegnerische Pokémon wie möglich innerhalb von drei Minuten zu besiegen. Je mehr Pokémon ihr ausschaltet, desto mehr Punkte bekommt ihr. Der Modus lässt sich sowohl lokal als auch online spielen.
