00:00Bullying is a psychological and physical situation in school, university, in the department, in the health department.

00:16Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim today called for an immediate end to bullying in schools and the workplace, including at hospitals.

00:24He said the government would not compromise when it comes to physical and psychological abuse.

00:29He was commenting on several cases, including the recent death of Form 1 student Zahra Kairina Mahathir and that of Tafis student Wan Ahmad Fariswan Abdul Rahman.

00:40Zahra was found unconscious at 4 a.m. on July 16 after allegedly falling from the third floor of her school's hostel in Papar, Sabah.

00:50She died at Queen Elizabeth I Hospital the following day.

00:54Anwar also said that it was unacceptable to use the deaths of bullying victims for deception and incitement.
