00:58of what we need to do and making sure we're resilient enough to deal with a lot of outside
01:04noise, a lot of speculation on us, which through no fault of our own is negative. We need to cut
01:09that out and unite even stronger.
01:13And Sunderland head coach Regis Labris believes that his squad have the right mindset to cope
01:19with the demands of the Premier League following a recent shift he noticed.
01:24I'm excited, first of all. Yeah, excited and ready to go after seven weeks. The pre-season, new signings,
01:35new squad, many things to develop. But I think the last two weeks showed that we stepped up.
01:43And I feel I felt this this week that the mindset shifted. And so we are ready.

02:07Yeah, it's still a reset. I think every season is different because we'll have a new challenge.
