We’ve seen a big rise in rat infestations this year. Have you noticed more problems with pests in your area, and what do you think is causing it?

00:00Obviously rubbish, end up rubbish, leaving rubbish everywhere, obviously rats are attracted

00:09I think because the reason being is the people who have got these shops, the little sort

00:15of boxes and things all stack up, and the rats go in because there's food there, and

00:34I'm guessing I'm going to blame it on the government, like courts, there's no funding.

00:37The biggest single reason obviously is rubbish, and bags being left out and not being put in

00:52one still there now that hasn't been removed, and I've told the council time and time again
