00:25and I'm just curious on that 9% figure,
00:27which you will very well know a lot of students say is unfair.
00:32Would it be right to say from what you've just told me
00:34that you are now looking at bringing that figure down, amongst other things?
00:39We don't have any immediate plans to change that figure, no.
00:42It is a figure, the kind of which we've seen over a very long period of time
00:46in the English education system.
