00:00Police confirmed that they arrested a woman for attacking road users with a knife in Kajang on Wednesday.

00:08Kajang OCPD Assistant Commissioner Nazran Abdul Yusof said during the incident at 11.58 a.m.,

00:15the car that the 24-year-old foreigner was driving hit three motorcycles at a traffic junction in front of a shopping mall.

00:22He said after that, the suspect got out of her car and attacked members of public at the scene with a knife.

00:30He said several road users eventually subdued the suspect who was found in possession of two knives.

00:36Videos of the incident went viral, which showed the suspect entering the Metropoint complex with the road users trailing her.

00:43They confronted her and seized her knife in an outlet.

00:46Police said the members of public then handed over the suspect to them,

00:50and about six people, aged between 21 and 60, were injured during the attack.

00:55They said two of them had been hospitalized, while the rest were given outpatient treatment.
