00:00Pumarap sa Land Transportation Office ang nakarehistrong may-ari na SUV na nahulikam na nag-counterflow sa Skyway.

00:07Ayon kay LTO Executive Director Greg Pua, sinabi ng registered owner na July 2021 pa niya isinauli sa bangko ang naturang sasakyan.

00:17Ipatatawag daw ng LTO ang bangko para i-verify ito.

00:20Ang SUV driver naman, inisnub daw ang show cost order.

00:24Una nang iniutos ni Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon na habang buhay nang kanselahin ang lisensya ng driver.

00:31Sabi ng LTO, ito rin ang balak nilang parusa sa driver kapag naresolba na ang kaso.

00:40Yung perpetual disqualifications and revocations is on the table sa mga ganitong klaseng violation.

00:46Lalo po nito, napakalayo, napakadelikado. Napakadelikado po nung ginawa ng driver.

00:53We don't want to preempt our decisions. Lalabas naman namin yung decisions within the week.
