01:20Gayun din ng mga ebidensya at payagan na sila'y sumagot bago pa man ang transmittal sa Senate.
01:26Pag-utos na ibigay sa lahat ng House members ang articles, mga ebidensya at komento ng respondent
01:31at ang bagong patakaran ukol sa one-year bar rule.
01:35The judiciary has the vital role of interpreting laws, including the Constitution.
01:43But that role does not extend to amending it.
01:47The power to interpret does not include the power to rewrite, Mr. Speaker.
01:53Yet, the decision effectively rewrote our impeachment rules, imposing requirements that are impractical, if not impossible to fulfill.

02:09at umaasa si Libanan na maitatama pa rin ng Korte Suprema ang kanilang pasya.

02:24Bakit tilaan niya patuloy na sinusuway ng Kamara ang Korte Suprema, bagay na agad din namang sinagot ni Libanan.
02:30Are we being precluded to initiate impeachment complaints or we are just being taught on how to file a correct impeachment complaint by complying with procedural steps?
