00:00Personally I've got quite a low tolerance for injustice and it's all confidential as well so when you're whistleblowing it doesn't come from you but there's a lot of bad bosses let's say in the work environment and I think they do get away with a lot through fear in the employment world.
00:20Well I wouldn't say anything because I'd be too scared because it has happened and I hope that they're watching this because then they'll know it's them.
00:29I would definitely speak out I'm retired now so I can't even declare an interest apart from the fact that I'm retired but yes I would speak out I've always worked in sensitive areas with people caring roles that kind of thing so yeah safeguarding is very very important.
00:45There's always somebody if you're in a workplace if you don't own the business who will always try to put a knife in your back.
00:52I'd probably say a little bit but not if it's going to land me in trouble.
