00:00Una, it's not for me to call whether he step aside or mag-resign, mag-etcetera,
00:08because it's the call of the President.
00:10If the President feels na he still enjoys his trust and confidence,
00:15then there's nothing we can do about it, no?
00:37But at the same time, sana after mapanagot,
00:47dahil remember Marlon, three years ago we have been saying na hindi ito integrated,
01:12at these projects are somehow patsi-patsi.
01:17I can only speak for this house, not the other house,
01:27and as far as I'm concerned, as the majority leader of the Senate,
01:31I don't see any Senators involved in any of these 15 construction firms.
01:40Sa house ang...
01:42Ah, madali.
01:52So, in speaking of flood, itong problema sa Baha,
02:02at zero cost to the government.
02:05Definitely a welcome development.
02:08And can you just imagine if there are 10 more RSAs in the country who would do that?
02:15Ang laking bagay po nun, no? Ang laking bagay po nun.
02:18But let me also point out na any efforts na gagawin dapat ng private sector
02:25connected dun sa main plan ng ating pamahalaan,
02:30may mga siguro ibang styles na gustong gawin,
02:34siguro yun ang mas importante na mako-ordinate.
02:38And knowing RSA, boss RSA, talagang ano yan eh,
02:41laging may basis yung kanyang binabanggit na solution
02:49because the last time we talked to each other,
02:52I remember him talking about experts on flood control program,
02:59experts in dredging, experts in cleaning yung mga waterways.
03:07So yun, importante po yun, no?
03:09Yun lang yung caution ko sa ating pamahalaan
03:12kasi baka mamaya may isang private entity na gustong gawin yung gusto niya
03:18pero hindi siya part ng master plan natin.
03:22So yun lang yung para sa akin.
03:23But again, we salute the statements made by San Miguel through Mr. Ramon Ang
03:32and hoping na mas marami pang kagaya niya yung mag-volunteer to help out.
03:42And I'm sure, I'm sure, malaking tulong yun.
03:46And if it happens, you could just imagine during budget deliberation,
03:50we can already slash portions of the budget of some of these departments
03:57and we can place it to other items na mas mapapakinabahan.
04:03So makakatipid ang government?
04:04Malaking matipid ang gobyerno.
