00:00Sometimes in life, there are other things that are different, but when it comes together, it's perfect.
00:06Like the tamis and asim that's happening in our sweet and sour fish today at Sarap Pinoy.
00:17If you are craving for something that has tamis, has asim, and has alat, perfect for you the sweet and sour fish.
00:26Isa ito sa all-time favorite dishes ng maraming Pinoy.
00:30Dahil bukod sa siksik nitong flavors, madali rin itong lutuin at suwak sa budget.
00:36At para turuan tayo kung paano gawin ang yummy yet healthy dish na ito,
00:41ay tara, pumunta tayo sa Marikina City at samahan si Chef Joey Donoso at Hilda Ahero dito sa Sarap Pinoy.
00:49Tara, isa na natin gumawa ng sweet and sour fish.
00:59Make sure na tuyo ang ating isda para dumikit itong ilalagay natin ang breading.
01:06Normally sa breading, salt, pepper, paprika.
01:11But now we're gonna use itong special seasoning again para mas masarap.
01:17Sa ngayon, gagamitin natin is cream dory.
01:21Spread natin evenly.
01:27Pwede rin tayong gumamit again ng salt, pepper, and paprika para sa ating seasoning.
01:35And then lagyan ng all-purpose flour and cornstarch.
01:39Ayan, fully coated na siya. Pwede na natin i-slice and i-fry.
01:50Matapos itong hiwain ni Chef Joey, ay niluto lang ito sa deep fryer at hihintayin lang ito maluto ng ilang minuto.
01:58Pag lumutang na, ibig sabihin luto na.
02:00Matapos hanguin ang ating fried cream dory, ay nilagay lang ito sa isang plate at sinep aside.
