00:01:40Maybe if we have one criticism of Diamond Dallas Page is the fact that he's actually come back to the ring too soon after major injuries.
00:01:49I think in DDP's mind, this is his opportunity to rest up and make sure that he is back,
00:01:55that he's 100% fit and ready before he returns to the wars of World Championship Wrestling.

00:02:31It was a strange situation last week when Jimmy Hart handed a steel chair to Perry Saturn
00:02:36in anticipation that he would use it on Chris Jericho.
00:02:39That wasn't the case because Perry Saturn took out his wrath with that steel chair on both Jimmy Hart and Hugh Morris.
00:02:45Well, Mike, Perry Saturn's a mad dog.
00:02:48The way he operates in the ring, the way he rips a man apart, the intensity he shows.
00:02:53Jimmy Hart's in trouble if he wants to get near this man.
00:02:56Speaking of wild man and speaking of trouble, I've just been handed a note that the Championship Committee
00:03:01back in their own locker room area working very hard and putting together matches for Uncensored
00:03:07have now signed, based on that fight we saw in the back moments ago,

00:04:52Jimmy Hart thinking about payback from last Monday when Perry Saturn nailed him with the chair.

00:18:44and the fact that the Disco Inferno had to face Bret Hart

00:18:52Bret Hart in much the same mode you can see facially
00:18:55that Bret Hart is focused and Bret Hart is determined,
00:18:58and the only thing you want to do right there
00:19:00was slow the momentum of Benoit down.
00:19:03Also drives home the point how important this matchup is
00:19:06for Bret the Hitman Hart.
00:19:08We've always talked about a wrestler being able to rebound from a loss.
00:19:12Bret Hart, yes, one week ago tonight lost a very competitive match to Booker T.
00:19:17But ever since then, Bret Hart has come back.
00:19:19The victory over Disco Inferno this past Thursday on Thunder,
00:19:22and this would be another feather in the cap of Bret the Hitman Hart
00:19:25if he could stay on the winning track against a wrestler the caliber of a Chris Benoit.
00:19:30And you know, Benoit down inside in his heart, in his mind, this is a man he liked to beat.
00:19:35This is a man whose father trained him. He was in the dungeon.
00:19:38He probably looked up to this guy, Bret Hart.
00:19:41No question.
00:19:42He wants to beat him.
00:19:43You know, this is a match that Chris Benoit has wanted for an awful long time.

00:21:33There's no season, there's no off season like in any sport.
00:21:36These guys go at it all the time, all around the world.
00:21:39Not only do they travel, but they train in the gym.
00:21:43And they work on their craft.
00:21:45And that's why we are just always in awe of what they do.
00:21:49And we always see something great, something different in each other time.
00:21:52You know, Tony, four decades I've been in this sport.
00:21:55And I've wrestled, I've managed, I've done everything in this sport.
00:21:58But I never was a champion.
00:22:00I wasn't really a, I'll admit it, I wasn't a championship caliber.
00:22:05And I saw these guys every day and every night soaring in pain and wrap themselves and ice themselves down.
00:22:12And I could never understand how they did it, but they kept on doing it.
00:22:15Phenomenal athletes in the world, guys.

00:58:58But I've always said to be a good tag team wrestler, you've first got to be a great singles wrestler.
00:59:03And there's none better in the world than Goldberg.
00:59:05And then you look across the ring and you see the team with Big Papa Pump, Scott Steiner, and Buff Bagwell.
00:59:10And think of all the world tag team titles that both of these men have held.
00:59:15But I watched Goldberg circle the ring just now.
00:59:19He kept his eye on Big Papa Pump.
00:59:22He threw a kick like the Bagwell just to let him know he was there.
00:59:25He's aware of where he's at in that ring.
00:59:27He's for real.
00:59:29Sure, it's all part of the aura of Goldberg.
