00:01Well, it's not the first time that this has happened.

00:06Actually, if you look at the incidents, they did not commit any violations, there were no casualties.

00:16We just wish that perhaps they could warn us a little earlier so that we know that the path of the rocket,

00:25where the path is, and kung magbibidaw sila ng stages, kung saan babagsak.

00:31And I remember in my trip to Beijing early on that I told President Xi,

00:39you know, we have no interest in your rockets.

00:42You just tell us where they will land, we will collect it and give it to you.

00:46And that continues to be my offer to China.

00:52So, hindi nyo kailangan agawin sa amin yan.

00:55Wala ka anong gagawin namin yan.

00:57So, sabihan nyo kami kung saan dadaan yung rocket.

01:00Pag may babagsak, kukunin namin sa dagat, tapos idadali namin sa inyo.

01:06But the good side to all of this, wala namang casualty.

01:11Hindi naman nagka-problema.

01:12Sir, baka can you provide lang po details sa naging usapan nyo ni Prime Minister Modi,

01:18particularly sa defense mo.

01:20Are there plans to pursue a more formal security cooperation framework like

01:24joint production, intelligence sharing, or possibly baka PFPAs?

01:29Yes, definitely there is a commitment for India to have a larger profile in terms of the West Philippine Sea.

01:41And nung umalis tayo sa Maynila, meron ng exercises sa dalawang vessel ng India at saka dalawang vessel ng Pilipinas.

01:53Tuloy-tuloy naman yan.

01:54And we agreed that we should do more of it.

01:58And India has already made the policy decision to have more of a presence in the region.

02:05Because ngayon, kaya nga, dati pinag-uusapan lang natin Asia Pacific,

02:10and pinag-uusapan ngayon natin Indo-Pacific.

02:13Kaya lahat ng bansa na pumapaligid sa Indo-Pacific,

02:19na kasama sa area na yan,

02:22ay dapat talagang magkaroon ng mga kooperasyon in many ways.

02:28And, you know, we should not ever limit ourselves to just defense and security.

02:33Because the economy plays a part in defense and security.

02:38So, pagpatibay din ang mga ekonomiya natin,

02:40pagpalakas ng ating trade,

02:42pagpaganda ng ating relasyon,

02:44kasama lahat yan.

02:46Defense and security is only one dimension to the entire problem.

02:52So, we try to focus on everything,

02:55not just one aspect of the situation.
