00:00Absolutely not. We can't deliver the infrastructure the country needs. And by the way, no one says that we don't need to upgrade and expand our infrastructure. Everyone wants energy security. Everyone wants cheaper, affordable energy. But, you know, when we build and develop, of course, communities should have a stake. And so this is about teaming up with them, forming a partnership that says that this infrastructure development is happening, but you are part of this. You will have a voice, but critically, you will have the upside benefits through direct reductions in energy bills.
