00:04getting started here in Manchester. So let's have a look at some of the best events and activities
00:08that we've got going on in the city this week. And we're going to start at Cheshire Oaks Designer
00:13Outlet. Their great summer social event began at the start of this week and there's a plethora of
00:18retail offers and promotions available. The main attraction is for kids and families with a big
00:23wheel, mini golf course, a big screen. There's also DJs and a number of food and drink vendors.
00:28It's definitely worth getting down to the outlet to experience it while the summer is still here.
00:34Now for the rest of the video, we're going to talk about some new openings because we've got a bunch
00:38in the city this week. There's a new branch of Sephora opening up inside the Arndale Centre.
00:43It's obviously the favourite store of many in Manchester, stocked with every beauty and skincare
00:47product you could possibly imagine. And it's a huge win when you consider that the only other
00:51store in the city is way over at the Trafford Centre. There's also a brand new cafe in Chinatown
00:57called the Oopstay Art Cafe. It's no ordinary cafe though. Not only does it serve top quality
01:03coffee and matcha creations, but it's also a crafty location. You can make your own phone
01:07case, paint something special or even make your own doll. It feels like the perfect place
01:11for a date or a hang with friends and it's absolutely worth making the journey there as
01:15soon as you possibly can.
01:17There's a new pub open in the northern quarter too, the Faraday. It's just off Stephenson Square
01:21and it looks like a perfect place to hang out and grab a pint after work. But it's not
01:26just a traditional boozer with the downstairs of being a proper gaming paradise too. With
01:31pool, darts and much more on offer, it looks like another great addition to Manchester's
01:35collection of pubs.
