00:00This is really nice guys.

00:15Sir, my name's Tim.

00:17My name's Gary Rutherford. How are you doing?

00:19I'm well and how's it going on today?

00:21It was painful but fun.

00:23It's our first attempt at a High Rocks together and it might be our last.

00:30It was an amazing event. It's our first time doing it but today was I suppose extra special.

00:36Our very good friend passed away last week, Colin, and we were doing it in memory of him.

00:41So although it was our first, it had a very special meeting today.

00:44So we're delighted we did it. I think we did it for out.

00:46Yeah, I think we did Colin for out today.

00:53So obviously my background with Arc Fitness is an addiction recovery of fitness.

00:56To see so many people engage in physical activity and exercise on a Saturday rather than out drinking and stuff like that.

01:03It's really good to see. The atmosphere is brilliant.

01:06Everybody's happy and in good form.

01:08Maybe a bit dying but it's really nice to see. There should be loads more things like this here.

01:12Yeah, the Arc Philosophy says motion changes emotion.

01:16And if you look around, there are so many smiling faces today.

01:19It doesn't just change the attitude of the athlete.

01:22It changes the environment. It changes the atmosphere.

01:24And it's a really beautiful moment to see.

01:26Not just spectators but there's families and there's athletes all enjoying the experience today.

01:32Great day for the city and a great day for sport in general.

01:52I'm Corey Lewis.

01:53This is Gary from Ghana as well.

01:55What I'm doing today so I'm pretty glad I thought.

01:57And where are you from?

01:59So from Derry myself but myself and him were teachers over in England.

02:03So because the High Rocks is on here in Derry I thought I'd come over and get involved.

02:07And the hometown always nice to bring some people over as well.

02:09I'm always friends with me as well.

02:11I saw you came home and just to compete.

02:13I came over and I saw her just thanks for the summer all as teachers here.

02:15So we all came over to get involved in the event of the city.

02:18It was nice to bring some people to everybody as well.

02:20It's a good idea.

02:21And tell you what, what were you doing here today anyway?

02:23So getting involved in the High Rocks competition you know so it's great.

02:27And Derry's always been a city full of exercise.

02:30So I'm glad to see High Rocks taking over here too.

02:32And bringing the atmosphere, a great crowd.

02:34And such a lovely event on the other day.

02:36How do you feel you got on today?

02:38Aye, I enjoyed it aye.

02:39So it's the first time I've done a double today.

02:41I did a single one a few months back you know.

02:43So a double is a lot easier.

02:44That's how you do each other one.

02:46But still good.
