00:26back to prominence but before that he's going to go on a walk I don't get any hydration

00:49you're coming home to Foxborough does it feel like a homecoming I mean you've been at the stadium at

00:59these facilities before you you were there as the facilities were built as a dynasty was built

01:04yeah I mean it just I think it feels right is what I kind of equate it to left in 2008 as a player and

01:16was able to come back and able to come back as a coach and try to you know build the program

01:22and again we talk about the history certainly not going to help us get back there but it is a great

01:29blueprint and a reminder of you know what what it takes to get there I mean the Patriots owned that

01:35division for 20 years they owned that division I mean now it's now the night now you got to take

01:43the bills down sure to reclaim it yeah I mean Josh and uh Sean and in the entire bills organization

01:50and Brandon Bean I got a lot of respect for them they've certainly played them plenty in the past so

01:55um but it's difficult you know I think you know coach Glenn is going to have those guys in New York

02:03your Jets ready I'm not a Jets fan oh sorry you're a Dolphins fan yeah I'm a Dolphins fan

02:09let me put it this way how'd that happen Dan Marino Dan Marino Dan Marino Dan Marino and

02:18Catholic boy from Pittsburgh yep and uh and as I was telling uh Joe Dyson you know you broke my heart

02:27when I was seven and he was glad about it too he's laughing about it how did you get so knowledgeable

02:32in sports are you like you're like a savant well basically I just never had the ability to play

02:41sports and didn't go anywhere so I'm just sitting watching sports all the time and reading about it

02:47and uh it just came to me it just like I started looking up all this stuff it started with uh it basically

02:56started in 1986 with the Mets uh it was their 25th anniversary and I got the uh their video they

03:03came out with amazing error about the history of the Mets there were a lot of books about the history

03:07of the Mets that came out that year and they won the world series and uh uh just kept gathering that

03:13knowledge I liked always like the legacy of the Brooklyn Dodgers I think uh I think when they uh moved

03:21that team out to LA it took the heart and soul out of Brooklyn and I can't never forgive them

03:26for that you know what happened 18 years before I was born it's like I it's like I feel like I hold

03:31that same grudge that all these old Brooklynites hold so you love Dan Marino I love Bernie Kozar I

03:37grew up I grew up watching Bernie Kozar a Cleveland Browns fan you know he ended his career as Dan

03:43Reno's back on yeah of course uh the uh Browns when he left to go to Baltimore I was still shocking

03:52well I told you to tell uh Bill all the time so he got rid of my favorite player and brought in

03:57Vinny Testa Bernie so I threw sidearm because of Bernie Kozar

04:01Bernie was good Bernie was uh I like Bernie uh it's just that that that drive I wouldn't want

04:10always wonder what would happen if they would have uh beaten the Broncos one of those years yeah not

04:15had the drive or the fumble or any of those heartbreaks but they had a good team great team

04:20now what players do you think are going to be key for your success this year well I mean you know

04:26we need a great quarterback play in the National Football League just like everybody else excited

04:31about where Drake's at and the offseason that he's had working with some of our new players

04:36working with uh with Josh McDaniels um you know I think defensively there's a lot of guys that

04:44you know I'm excited about Christian Baltimore it's um health issues last year with the blood clots

04:50and I've seen him work extremely hard and just his energy and passion um to to get back it has been

04:59really fun and the way that he practiced in the spring and so I'm looking forward to to seeing Christian

05:04just be able to play football because I I feel to me the Patriots are a team to I think could make a

05:11significant move this year well good that makes me feel good that we've got your vote of approval

05:16you know and of course I work for Barstool and of course we got the Barstool 4 I mean the Barstool 4

05:25going uh you think I didn't I just don't think that we're to the point now where they would get

05:29arrested for us hopefully we can get to that point where those guys are willing to be be thrown in

05:35jail for for our our organization I mean you know Dave uh when the Patriots are there when the Patriots

05:42are 2-1-0 he'll he'll he'll be out there talking about Super Bowl already he'll be he'll be making

05:46his plans to get his uh get that disguise back on

05:49so so who is the so uh so yeah maybe we can get Feidelberg first he can start uh he can start the

06:01bandwagon up again a little bit and see if we can't get some excitement going I mean I I'm around

06:07I'm around a whole bunch of Patriot fans at work here I tell you uh for solely I mean he lives and

06:12dies by the Patriots I mean it's it's it's great it's so and of course being a dolphin fan it's it's

06:18you just stomp on us all the time well we'll see we deserve to get stomped on you guys just had a

06:26little trade huh what what's going on with that don't ask

06:32don't ask so so your all-time favorite Mets players who are they uh my favorite Mets players

06:43I'm gonna go uh strawberry good and two players I've already walked with uh Mike Piazza Keith

06:49Hernandez uh and probably if I would go with fifth one Howard Johnson Hojo Howard Johnson

06:57no Mookie oh he might be six seven eight and honorable mention yeah I mean I'm talking about

07:03my top five I always liked Howard Johnson because he uh had uh three 30 30 seasons it's kind of like

07:10uh he's always an under the radar guy uh Dwight Gooden uh I was just amazing he was 19 years old

07:18and 20 years old in the seasons he was having uh I mean uh that's the first years I was really

07:23really really really really starting to get into baseball right was with uh Dwight Gooden and uh

07:28and then 86 Keith Hernandez just just the way he just carried himself and of course still being

07:35about that mustache I I aspire to have a mustache that look like that I always I grew a mustache as

07:41soon as I could because of uh Keith Hernandez Keith Hernandez and uh Tom Sulek

07:46I see the resemblance best mustache ever so how far do you like to walk when you go and you say

07:53I'm gonna walk every day is it just lately I've been averaging 20,000 steps really yes that's like

08:0110 miles yeah close uh it's actually about this faster you walk faster I usually just interview

08:08pace this is interview pace good yesterday I had to go in the Denver airport from one gate to another

08:17in 20 minutes and it was like probably a mile and I'm like and people are standing and congregating

08:26moving I'm sitting and congregating OJ Simpson through the uh through the airport yeah I'm getting

08:31I'm getting on that people mover and people are people you use the people mover that's cheating

08:36no I walk on it that's like it's like running downhill but um yeah but it doesn't count

08:42those steps don't count yeah no no no no no no but I walk on it of course you walk on it who wouldn't

08:49I mean all you have to do is pick your feet up yeah well those those steps do not count I'm here to

08:53tell you that if you use the walkway the moving walkway those steps do not count well let me put

08:58it this way when I was 500 pounds I wish that moving walking it was everywhere I planted myself

09:06and I was just like oh look at this I don't have to walk that that may be but may be your best line

09:12when I was 500 I just wanted to walk on just stand on a moving walkway my entire life

09:18there's nothing better I wish I ran my 40 on that thing huh yeah well I was it and I knew the problem

09:28was it's in two different terminals so I had to get to the train and get to the next terminal

09:34I mean it was good good walk what's your what airport's your go-to airport in New York uh Newark

09:41because I live in Belleville so um I'm actually 25 minutes from uh Newark airport okay on a good day

09:49so I for a second there I thought you said Newark but you said you were trying to say Newark

09:54you said Newark it came out as Newark uh in New Jersey

09:58we pronounce it Newark no no no no it says Newark it's Newark it sounds like it we did get uh

10:08it sounds like if you guys are Georgian you'll dig it spelled N-O-R-K there you go that's what it

10:13sounded like when it came out so look I'm glad for your support and uh when you beat the dolphins

10:24I won't feel too bad we'll do another walk after the uh maybe we'll do a walk uh before the

10:30dolphins game yeah that'll be nice we'll walk around the field a couple times and uh I just

10:36know you're gonna make the Patriots great again and uh well dolphins not so much thanks for joining
