00:00He was out after Q2. What went wrong with the latest driver?
00:05Yeah, he never made out of Q2.
00:08We don't know. He just did not look quick at all through qualifying.
00:12It's the first time this year he hasn't looked quick.
00:14Of course, Bracken has not qualified.
00:16Bracken, his teammate, has not qualified him a few times this year.
00:20But even when he hasn't played by a little bit,
00:22Bracken is struggling from pace all the way through Q3.
00:24He even put on non-serve tyres, but did not quite make it through.
00:28So, I don't know, maybe a bit of overdriving.
00:30This is a circuit that if you overdrive, you will not be quick, for sure.
00:34And we know Grosjean can be very aggressive.
00:38So, other than that, on to, you know, and this is surprising also, actually.
00:43You see, Bracken goes so well in Q3, so quick to drive.
00:47But once it got wet, both of the locuses were struggling so much,
00:51especially Bracken, because he's only finished 10th in the end.
00:55So, in terms of a team that kind of came together,
00:57that would definitely have to be the Red Bulls.
00:59For this, I want to get Kyron's thoughts on this.
01:01But not quite making it current to, you know, the P1 and P2 respective positions.
01:07But nonetheless, both these boys are very strong today.
01:11Yeah, of course.
01:12And, you know, I think they'd all got a bit messy in between,
01:16because Vettel, we heard on the radio complaining, not on the TV broadcast,
01:20but on the PIT channel, the Vegas, the comedy studio,
01:24complaining that Mark Webber had held him up.
01:26And you can see there, they cut through the shot,
01:28you just see the spray coming off the back of Webber's car, blinding Vettel there.
01:32And for some reason, Red Bull, again and again, all through the session,
01:36seemed to send the two cars out in unison.
01:38Wow.
01:39And that obviously didn't help Vettel's visibility through the session.
01:43So I'm sure there'll be a few words said in the debrief afterwards.
01:46But, you know, they've got good track position.
01:48I think Mark, obviously, with a five case penalty, you know,
01:51qualifying the top three has given himself a real chance to get himself back on the podium
01:55in the race with some good strategy.
01:58Vettel on the front row, and with the wet conditions,
02:01the dry, the dirty side, the clean side of the grid
02:04won't really make any difference if we have a dry race tomorrow.
02:07Thanks, Karen.
02:08Well, the man who is on pole, Alex, is Fernando Alonso.
02:11I very quickly want to ask you, why he went out for that last lap?
02:15What very last lap?
02:17He'd already actually gained pole position.
02:19You had to do it, because especially in those conditions
02:21where the rain has kind of stopped, it's going to get drier and drier.
02:24But, I mean, Karen pointed it out so well,
02:26that it's really about who can get across the line
02:28and be the last guy on the last lap.
02:30And Alonso actually crossed the line two seconds to go
02:33before he managed to do the last lap.
02:35And on the lap before, this is the mistake he made.
02:37So he knew there was quite a bit more time for him to come.
02:41So it was a correct decision to stay out.
02:43I mean, in the end, he didn't need to.
02:44But it was definitely a correct decision.
02:46It's just showing that in these wet conditions,
02:48the Ferrari works very well.
02:49And Alonso, obviously, is working very well.
02:53Because basically him and that Ferrari and the two...
