00:09It's Brittany Broski, and this is my 10-minute beauty routine.

00:15So, my daily makeup routine is kind of inspired by 1930s a little bit.

00:23It's very heavy half lash, minimal shading, and then cool tones.

00:30Because that's what works best for me, okay?

00:32First step, moisturizer.

00:35This is my Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream.

00:37Don't look at the bottom.

00:39It's nasty.

00:40You can tell I really use this because it's freaking gross.

00:42I have huge eyes.

00:45They sag my face down.

00:46I have under eye wrinkles because I'm 28 years old.

00:50And by the way, I'm looking into a mirror behind you.

00:52So, if my eyes start doing this, don't worry about it, okay?

00:54I'm wall-eyed.

00:55Y'all just gonna have to accept it.

00:57I do this under the eyes because it gets kind of dry, all right?

01:00I'm oily and dry and everything in between, and that's just womanhood.

01:04It's just something really beautiful about being a woman.

01:07NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer.

01:10I'm in the shade white.

01:12I'm just kidding.

01:13Vanilla.

01:13I do this right here, and the best makeup tool, I don't remember who said this, but

01:21the best makeup brush you could ever use is your human finger.

01:25So, I like to do that.

01:26And I go in because it's warm.

01:28Usually, my fingers are greasy, and it makes a great blender.

01:35Looks bad.

01:36Awesome.

01:36Okay.

01:36Next, we're gonna go for Laura Mercier Secret Under Eye Brightening Powder.

01:42I grab it like that, and I blot it on the back of my hand, and then I just go in.

01:49I love this.

01:50I recently got into this.

01:51Get into this, girl.

01:52Again, another fun thing about being in your late 20s is I have smile lines now.

01:57I've never gotten Botox.

01:58And for all of y'all in the comments that are going to say,

02:00she's never gotten Botox, we can tell.

02:02Guards, seize them.

02:03Um, we need to bring back calling the guards in.

02:16Next step, I do Rare Beauty.

02:19This is in the shade Encourage, and I thought it said Entourage, and I was like, that's crazy.

02:25Selena Gomez does a line of, like, the Sopranos Entourage suits.

02:30I should do that.

02:31Again, use your fingers.

02:34This is the best.

02:35This is God's makeup brush.

02:38And also, if you have too much product, just do this.

02:41It works.

02:43And usually when I glam, I'm in either a muumuu or a nasty old t-shirt, and I use it like a rag.

02:49I literally just, I wipe.

02:51And it's fine.

02:52It's fun.

02:52My mother taught me the basics of makeup.

02:56And now I need you to keep in mind, she is a Gen X woman from the South.

03:00And so everything was powder, and everything was applied with an incredibly heavy hand.

03:05An iron fist of a hand, if you could imagine.

03:08And it was fun, because growing up in that sort of age of YouTube makeup tutorials, I was able to teach her stuff.

03:13Which is just fun, sharing resources and stuff.

03:16I give her stuff that I, you know, is not my favorite.

03:19Sorry, Mom.

03:19And she loves it.

03:20She uses it.

03:21She'll text me and be like, hey, did I send you any more of that, um, luminous?

03:26I'm like, yes, Mom, I'll send it to you.

03:28Oh, sorry.

03:28Next I'm doing, this is the Benefit Precisely My Brow, in shade 4.5.

03:35And what I like to do with my brows, you want to fill in just the tail.

03:39Not too much.

03:41Because I was a victim of the block brow in 2016.

03:45And I'll be damned if I ever let that happen to me again.

03:47Acting like somebody did it to me, I did it to myself.

03:51Okay, perfect.

03:52Looking completely gorgeous.

03:54No one's ever looked more stunning than me right now.

03:55I'm going to be going in with a blush that is not currently on the market.

04:01But will be later this year.

04:05This brush, by the way, chewed on by a dog.

04:17This is another powder, Maybelline Fit Me, in shade Porcelain.

04:21Which is humiliating.

04:23I use the little dinky sponge it comes with.

04:25I love it.

04:26I was thinking about this on the way here.

04:29Just because you start doing all this, well, hiya, Laura, it's me.

04:33I'm still at CVS digging through the bins like a raccoon.

04:36You know what I mean?

04:36Like, I don't give a shit.

04:38I'm not like, I'm going to go in with my YSL.

04:41I love YSL.

04:42But I'm doing Maybelline Fit Me with the sponge that smells like fish.

04:45You know what I mean?

04:45That's ultimately what I'm doing over here.

04:47This is my equivalent of how makeup artists will go over a blend like this with the foundation

04:54brush with a little bit of foundation.

04:56Just to dust it off.

04:56This is, that's my equivalent.

04:58And it works.

05:03I'm going with my Makeup by Mario palette.

05:04Again, filthy.

05:06This is the Master Mats, the neutrals.

05:08I'm going to do the MUA thing.

05:13Because a lot of people, when they see blue eyes, they want to do orange.

05:19And mama, it's not always what you think it's going to look like.

05:22I have big bug eyes.

05:23So I'm just going to do this all over the lid because I want them to look bigger.

05:28I take a little bit of inspiration from the 1930s with this really rounded eye, really

05:34dramatic, almost like Marlene Dietrich moment.

05:36And so you make this really big and white.

05:39And then when we add that lash and it's just like, oh, it's great.

05:44It's a beautiful thing when you come into painting for your face shape and not for like

05:50trends that are happening.

05:51Like I've found products and methods and techniques that really make me feel the most beautiful

05:55with my unique Victorian medieval features.

05:59Thank you very much.

06:00Pinterest is your best friend.

06:02You can look up makeup for big eyes, best makeup for brown eyes.

06:07What really helped me is like outfits for plus size, stuff like that.

06:11And it helps to see your vision on a canvas that looks like your own.

06:17If I show up to a glam session and I show a picture of a snatched almond eye with a cat

06:23shape, that's not what it's going to look like on me.

06:26And I kind of learned that the hard way.

06:28And at first I was like, this makeup artist sucks.

06:30And I was like, it's my own face.

06:32So maybe that's the problem.

06:33And so it's just about that.

06:34Stop trying to shoehorn yourself into something that it's not going to be the most flattering

06:39to you.

06:42Wow.

07:45Next, I'm going to go in with my one-size Point Maid, just spit absolutely everywhere, black, what is this called? Liquid eyeliner.

07:56I start at the inner corner, shaking.

07:59I had two Red Bulls and two Espresso Celts.

08:01And you do it real, real thin and a little thicker on the outside.

08:06Okay.

08:07That'll do.

08:08And I followed the natural shape of my eye.

08:10And I have downturn eyes.

08:11You just got to do what you got to do.

08:12I'm going to go in with a little bit of, I don't even know what brand this is.

08:19I got sent this and I like it.

08:21It's a lip mask.

08:22Goat butter.

08:23You're going to rub that goat butter all over your lips.

08:26Goat butter.

08:27Arguably a crazy name for a product.

08:30Okay, next, go in with your nasty eyelash curler.

08:35And I learned this tip.

08:36I don't know if you can see this.

08:37I'm going to go in towards the tip of the eyelash and curl that first.

08:42And then I'm going to go at the base and pinch my eyelid.

08:48Ow.

08:48Okay, perfect.

08:49And in theory, this should create a better curled lash look instead of just like them awkwardly

08:55bent at a right angle.

08:58Sure, that'll work.

08:59Then I go in with my Maybelline Scarha Sensational.

09:02I love this shit, dude.

09:04Get into this.

09:06It's one of the best mascaras I've ever used.

09:08And I'm a firm believer that drugstore mascara usually is better than high-end.

09:14I say that in the next product I'm going to use.

09:15There's a YSL mascara.

09:17So don't listen to anything I have to say.

09:19I mean, look at that.

09:20I have little stump lashes.

09:22Mind you, we're going to put fake lashes over this, but this is really great.

09:28These are custom made, and they're individuals that we clump together.

09:34This is how I do lashes.

09:36Everyone does lashes different.

09:38This is how I'm rocking with it.

09:39Duo lash glue.

09:41Tweezers for when you were in high school.

09:42I paint it on, and then you do, and then you place.

09:54And we'll fix this line.

09:56But isn't that stunning?

09:57With the white over here and the, ugh.

10:00Someone should pay me to do this.

10:02I'm changing the makeup industry as we speak.

10:05It took me a long time to get good at doing false lashes, because it's some fuckery, girl.

10:10You have to really know your eye shape, know how the glue works, know what lash shapes fit you best.

10:17But yeah, lashes that are just a little thicker on the outer, love.

10:21That close-up was probably nasty.

10:22This lash is like, it's a biohazard.

10:25Let's put it right on my eyeball.

10:31Perfect and stunning.

10:33And if I look wall-eyed, keep it to yourself!

10:36Oh my god, I forgot.

10:37We have to do bottom lashes.

10:38Sorry, your first day doing makeup, kind of nervous.

10:40This is my Yves Celeron.

10:42This is the Lash Clash Waterproof Mascara.

10:46This stuff is bomb.

10:47It's really thick, and I like to use it on the bottom lashes.

10:50And I like that thinner Maybelline one on the top, because I add lashes on top.

10:59I mean, wow.

11:00Wow.

11:01You make a compilation of me doing my own makeup saying,

11:04wow, stunning, wow.

11:06She's really good.

11:08Wow.

11:08Oh, wow, wow.

11:11But isn't that stunning?

11:24I am addicted, like most girls are, to endless cacao.

11:30So I used to do the Kylie Jenner overline.

11:35Then I was like, hey, I'm almost 30.

11:38You can't do that.

11:39And so I follow the natural shape of my lips, which honestly, I'm not to go on a rant,

11:46but your features are balanced how you are.

11:48I've got big eyes and tiny lips.

11:51That's fine.

11:52That's how I look.

11:53And so I'm just going to accentuate that.

11:54You know, I'm not going to overline it.

11:56I'm not going to try to make it something it's not.

11:58This is what I'm rocking with.

12:03Another essential step of doing your lips.

12:23I think this is a beautiful, cool-toned lip that matches the cool-toned blush and the

12:29cool-toned brown on the eyelids.
