00:00Hey Allure, it's Ashley Tisdale
00:01and this is my 10 minute beauty routine.
00:07Today, my look is a kind of summer, bare, everyday look.
00:13The first product I'm gonna start with
00:15is my Marini Illuminate Eye Gel.
00:17I love an eye gel.
00:19Do it morning and night.
00:21I've been doing this eye gel probably since my 20s.
00:26Not the specific one,
00:27but the importance of putting something around your eyes
00:30for a really long time.
00:34My next product is going to be the Elta MD Clear.
00:41I have sensitive skin and I can tend to break out
00:46if it's a greasy SPF and this one I just have always loved.
00:51And now that I'm living in Malibu,
00:53it's so important to use SPF because I get pretty tan.
00:57I'm pretty tan right now.
00:59A very olive skin and people don't realize that.
01:06I like to do a little massage too.
01:10My next product is La Mer Moisturizing Fresh Cream.
01:15Skincare is just everything to me.
01:18I'm someone who will spend a lot on skincare products
01:22because it's the canvas to your makeup.
01:25La Mer is so, so nice on the skin.
01:30So I like to do a little of that.
01:32There's this Pure Hydration, and I just got this from my facialist.
01:42I do think that it gives you a little bit of a glow,
01:45and it definitely like really hydrates you.
01:47So I have like so many steps for skincare.
01:50I just have always been someone who like takes care of my skin.
01:56Even if I was like young in my 20s and like partying and out all night,
02:00I still wash my face and did my routine.
02:03It just has been something that my grandma taught me.
02:06She's 94 and looks amazing.
02:09A lot of it is genetics, but I do look really young for my age.
02:12And I think it's because of, you know, obviously drinking a lot of water
02:17and me taking care of my skin.
02:19The next thing we're going to do is this is kind of just my everyday.
02:24And with having two kids, I don't really get to put on a lot of makeup a lot of the time.
02:30So if I am going to put on makeup, this would be like a quick version of that.
02:33So I am going to do the Kosas concealer, really just do like the under eye.
02:43I don't really break out a lot, so I am blessed in that area.
02:50But if I see any kind of like little discoloration, I'll maybe put it on.
02:56And I'm just going to use a makeup brush.
03:03I got really heavily onto YouTube makeup tutorials like in my 30s.
03:16And I loved learning and doing my own makeup.
03:20I don't know, I love working with a lot of different makeup artists,
03:23and I think they're all so talented.
03:24I struggle with anxiety.
03:26And a lot of the time when I would get ready for events,
03:29as much as it seems really glamorous to have someone do your hair and makeup
03:33and style you, it put a lot of pressure on me.
03:36So if it wasn't an event for something I was in or doing,
03:40I just felt like intense pressure.
03:42And I didn't like that feeling.
03:43So I think being able to do my own makeup and having someone do my hair
03:47just felt like I was taking a little bit of control back.
03:49And it really made me feel like more like I was going to a fun event
03:55that wasn't like, you know, putting pressure on me for some reason.
03:59So that's really why I started kind of doing my own makeup.
04:04Okay.
04:04So the next thing I'm going to do is the makeup by Mario.
04:07I love a bronzer and this one is so good.
04:11Chic, sun-kissed.
04:20Okay.
04:21So my next is going to be this blush is Dior Cherry and Jenna Christina
04:29turned me on to it.
04:30She's my makeup artist.
04:31She was like, this is really good for summer.
04:33And I was like, this is a little scary because it's very bright.
04:36So I'm going to take like the bigger brush just because I get a little nervous
04:43applying because it's so bright.
04:48I'm going to blend it out.
04:54Okay.
04:55And you know what?
04:56I just like to also set the mood, which is my being Frenchy Hair Linen Potty Mist.
05:01Salty.
05:02Because we're at the beach and the salty smells so good.
05:07Next one, I'm going to do the eyebrows, which is kind of like my least favorite part.
05:20This is the KS & Co. Shared Tinted Brow Gel.
05:26Christy Stryker, she does my eyebrows.
05:28And so shout out to her.
05:30She has this incredible line and this really awesome, it's called a micro feathering brow pen.
05:37And I just kind of like fill in where I need to.
05:47But like, as you can tell, it's like not too different from this one.
05:50I used to like really try my eyebrows because I didn't really know how to do them very well.
05:56But this like technique is supposed to be like, you know, you're feathering your eyebrows.
06:00So it looks like real hair.
06:03Next, I'm going to take the Thrive.
06:12This I just learned about.
06:13It's a lip liner khaki.
06:16I found it from someone on Instagram and I was like, oh, that's a really pretty color.
06:21And I just kind of fill in the lips.
06:35It's really nice because it's like a very kind of like skin tone color.
06:42Also, I love a little cat eye.
06:51So this is my new kind of like cat eye, which is just kind of taking the same pencil.
07:03And it's very subtle.
07:06But even with this like more natural look, you get a little a little something.
07:17I feel like watching Ariana Grande do this is what taught me that that thing.
07:21And then I like to throw on some mascara.
07:25This is the Westman Atelier mascara.
07:29I used to love the Kosas mascara was like my favorite mascara ever.
07:35And I do not know what happened to it.
07:37And I've kind of been upset ever since.
07:39And I haven't been able to find a mascara that like does the same thing.
07:44It's just it was so it was so good.
07:47I'm not do not have like super thick lashes.
07:49So it's like I could use anything and everything.
07:51But this is the only one that has come close.
07:56You know, so I could spend just 10 minutes on this.
08:01On the eyelashes.
08:02So kidding.
08:07Perfect.
08:09And then my being Frenchy lip balm.
08:12I honestly sometimes have a hard time deciding between Cashmere Vanilla and Moon Milk because they're both so good.
08:21I have to go with the Cashmere Vanilla.
08:23Like honestly, it's so yummy.
08:25I just love how moisturizing it is and hydrating, but it smells amazing.
08:37And anybody who knows the real deal about Cashmere Vanilla, they know that I created Cashmere Vanilla based off of my love for Trader Joe's Jasmine rice.
08:46So you better believe this smells like that.
08:49And it's unreal.
08:54And this is my finished look.
09:02Thank you so much Allure for hanging out with me while I did a little minimal bare face sun kiss glow makeup.
