00:06Well, this is one of the exciting concepts that I always had in the back of my head.
00:14I'm trying to bring the street food, especially the kebabs of India, to Glasgow.
00:20It's just innocent, quality-based kebabs presented in a creative way,
00:27which is slightly different than what we know as a kebab and curry in Glasgow.
00:32So this is a proper Indian street food side kebabs and cooked with lots of love and passion.
00:38Talking about love, every time I talk to you, I'm struck by your love of this city.
00:43You love Glasgow, Adrian, don't you?
00:45I do. You know, you can't cook good food without love.
00:49There's a connection. My grandmom used to say, think about it in this way,
00:53when you are happy, you cook one thing that you cook when you're angry, and there's a big difference.
00:59So there has to be a lot of love and passion in anything you do, especially the food.
01:03So I really believe people in Glasgow have supported us through thick and thin and through everything.
01:08So it's natural for me to be able to give my best to the people of Glasgow.
01:13If there's one thing that I should try on the menu tonight, what is it, Adrian? What will happen for dinner?
