00:00My lead this morning, Pats, they continue to roll, and I think a lot of people, I haven't seen a negative report coming out of Patriots training camp at all from people that are there.
00:10Patted practice today will also bring, you know, some new eyeballs to it.
00:15But Milton Williams had some interesting things talking about the rookies on this team.
00:20He talked about especially the group led by Will Campbell.
00:24And I thought that this was a nod to maybe what Shime is talking about when it comes to the O-line and will the O-line be better this year and we're not sure about it.
00:34He said, this is probably one of the best rookie classes I've ever been around, talking about the group led by Will Campbell.
00:40Especially now with the NIL and all those things, these guys come in with money already.
00:45But we've got rookies that are humble, willing to learn.
00:48I see them sitting down together and sharing words with each other and picking each other up.
00:52But I think we talk about it so much when it comes to the NIL and what's the future of professional sports going to look like?

01:00Will it change the way in which these players respect coaches or the way they want to be treated by fans?
01:06Are they just going to be spoiled once they get into the NFL?
01:09To hear a vet like Milton Williams, who doesn't need to go out of his way to say the part about the NIL.

01:17I get it. But to go out of your way to say, guys are coming in with money already and these guys are humble.
01:23He wasn't asked that specific question. He went on his own to say that.
01:26I think that is a good look for the Patriots.
01:29I think if you're Robert Kraft and you see this quote being shopped around,
01:32you are very pleased with your rookie class and the guys that you chose to come in to wear a New England Patriots jersey and represent your franchise.
01:40So to me, this out of everything that I saw over the weekend, whether it was the receivers being split up or Drake May not wanting to to rush as much this season and wanting to really air it out.
01:52And it seems like Mike Vrabel is going to make sure that he and Josh McDaniel give him the opportunity to do so.
01:58This when you look at the young guys, the future of this franchise, if we've got humble guys that came into this league that want to work and get back to winning ways, that's all I want.
02:06Yeah, that's the most important thing is that guys come into camp.
02:10You know, I remember when I got into camp, it was more about just sitting there and learning from all these guys that, you know, have been in the league a long time.
02:17They're in a position that you would like to be in one day.
02:20And, you know, whether it was when I played or before I played or now, there's always those guys that come in and they're, you know, like you say it all the time, a hothead makes a soft ass because they come in, think they know it all.
02:30But it's good to have rookies that can come in and that are willing to buy in and willing to be humble.
02:35Now it's just, you know, it's all fine and dandy, but can Will Campbell play?
02:40What does Will Campbell look like today when you put the pads on and it's pass rush and you got guys like Keon White or is Harold Landry out there practicing?
