Hi, my name is Larry Medeiro Jr. and today I'm going to show you my typical workout.

Today his training goal is just to kind of focus on more of his movement and his power.

Alright, let's get it to workout.

The name of the exercise we did today is Squat Jump.

And the benefits is Power.

The beginning of the season is the same.

I'm working from Sunday to Sunday and Sunday.

Well, I started working in the gym two years ago.

And obviously, what I did before was just take the rolling, bathear and correr.

Obviously, I didn't see the reason why I was doing the fish.

And I learned how to do the fish two years ago.

And it was something that has been improved.

The exercise we're going to do now is the glute bridge.

And with a band on the shoulders, the benefit of the glute.

Well, the next exercise is to work with the core.

And one of the things that strengthens the glute bridge is to be able to swing hard.

When the down and roll feels good, obviously, you don't have to run hard.

And one of the things that you're going to happen is the work that you do.

And all the scenes that you do is to be able to swing hard in a season.

The name of the exercise we're doing now is lateral lunge.

And it's to focus on the lower part of the back of the back of the back and the glute.

The next exercise we're going to do is single leg, step up.

And we're going to focus here on a single leg and try to maintain the strength in the entry and the back muscles.

The next exercise we're going to focus on is he's going to go into a wide stance.

So we're going to go into a nice wide stance, trunk rotation.

So his arms are going to be straight and he's going to go into rotation, focusing on adductors and obliques.

Well, after doing my exercise, I always like to do the recovery, you know.
