00:00Hi, my name is Larry Medeiro Jr. and today I'm going to show you my typical workout.
00:10Today his training goal is just to kind of focus on more of his movement and his power.
00:16Alright, let's get it to workout.
00:21The name of the exercise we did today is Squat Jump.
00:26And the benefits is Power.
00:28The beginning of the season is the same.
00:31I'm working from Sunday to Sunday and Sunday.
00:36Well, I started working in the gym two years ago.
00:41And obviously, what I did before was just take the rolling, bathear and correr.
00:46Obviously, I didn't see the reason why I was doing the fish.
00:50And I learned how to do the fish two years ago.
00:53And it was something that has been improved.
00:57The exercise we're going to do now is the glute bridge.
01:00And with a band on the shoulders, the benefit of the glute.

03:05And I always do it until I finish doing my job as a physical.
03:11How do I stay healthy?
03:13I think one of the things I always do is trust in God.
03:17Trust in God, trust in my family.
03:19Always listen to the advice that my family gives me.
03:23I always work hard.
03:25It doesn't matter if I don't feel good.
03:29If I'm sick, I'm sick.
03:31I always try to be the first to get to the ground and to the gym too.
03:37And always believe in God, believe in yourself and nobody can say no.
03:43Just be you and work hard.
03:47Stay humble.
