00:00Every item ma własną historię i własną historię, a własną historię.
00:03So the whole idea of designing something
00:06and then inspire people through history and art and culture.
00:10It's kind of merging the wedding beauty and heritage.
00:13That was the whole concept.
00:20At my late 20s,
00:21I started asking myself questions.
00:25Who I am?
00:26Where do I belong to?
00:27And I started researching about my culture, my ancestors.
00:32I wanted to find answers through culture, through history,
00:34through researching about ancestors.
00:37And I came with this idea of doing something,
00:42of promoting my culture through other medium.
00:45And at the beginning, it was more designing dresses
00:50and promoting culture through some garments.
00:53And then I thought jewelry would be a much better medium
00:56since it's something that lasts longer.
01:00And it's something that you can pass from generation to generation.
01:05So this is how the idea of RASM started.
01:08Azerbaijani ornaments and patterns,
01:11they are such a rich mix of culture,
01:15that I think it's seen and felt through every ornament that we have.
01:23I think the beauty of it is that I never thought how to do it.
01:26I was just doing what I was doing.
01:30And I was very passionate about it.
01:32Because when people ask me,
01:34you're not afraid, you know, to start business,
01:38or how did you have this courage?
01:42I never had the courage.
01:43It was just a passion.
01:44And I was 100% sure that this passion will be,
01:49has a ground under,
01:52and it will be, that the project will be successful.
01:56The Power of Flower is a woman who are,
01:58who understands her roots,
02:02and she's rooted.
02:04She knows her, who she is.
02:08And from that place,
02:10she can develop further
02:13and understand how she develops her,
02:15her both energies.
02:18I think the true inspiration
02:20comes from understanding yourself.
02:22My main inspiration came from my kids
02:26at the very beginning,
02:27because part of this inspiration was to,
02:32I wanted to do more
02:34for my kids in a way.
02:36And I was,
02:37as I think about it
02:39from different perspective,
02:42people inspire me a lot.
02:44Sometimes you go to very great places
02:47and you don't get inspiration,
02:48and that is also fine.
02:50Sometimes you meet just people,
02:52ordinary people,
02:53and you get inspired.
