This group of seniors aren't just staying active, they’re turning exercise into a full-blown party. In this joyful video, taken by Joël Kruisselbrink, elderly residents in a care home take part in a series of creative and playful challenges designed to get them moving and smiling. They’re seen passing balls using just their hats, launching them at stacked cups with foot-powered air machines, and flicking objects into cupboards using elastic bands.
