A holidaymaker got the surprise of her life when a sea lion pup climbed onto a human sun deck for a snooze by her feet only to be followed moments later by its cranky, growling mum.
Ainslie Maher, from Sydney, Australia, was relaxing on a beach deck on San Cristóbal Island when the wild pup wandered over and lay down next to her.
At first, she considered moving away, but when the sea lion seemed peaceful and sleepy, she decided to stay put.
