Newton Abbot café gives street make-over with decorative umbrellas

A BELOVED Newton Abbot café has given new life to an otherwise drab street by installing several decorative umbrellas.
The new features of Bearnes Lane can seldom be missed and its all thanks to The Country Table Café, with a liitle help from neighbours Frames and Boxes.
