00:23First, you should cut your alcohol consumption.
00:25The World Health Organization says that the relative risk of developing breast cancer
00:30increases the more alcohol someone consumes.
00:33Experts say you should also avoid highly processed foods.
00:37Researchers from Imperial College London's School of Public Health describe these foods as, quote,
00:42fizzy drinks, mass-produced packaged breads, many ready meals, and most breakfast cereals.
00:48Processed meats are also a culprit, with things like hot dogs, sausages, and beef jerky
00:54being highly associated with colorectal cancer.
00:57Experts also warn to steer clear of red meat and anything with red dye number three in it,
01:03like gummy candy.
