00:00A big boxing weekend and then to some basketball with our guy Brian Fonseca.
00:05We also have a bout tomorrow at Wembley Stadium in London
00:08to be the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.
00:13It is Oleksandr Usyk who once was the undisputed heavyweight champ
00:17but relinquished his IBF belt to the guy that he is squaring off against
00:22in the ring tomorrow, the Brit, Daniel Dubois.
00:26As we will see Fonseca, Usyk, a hefty favorite to be undisputed
00:31as the heavyweight champ once more, minus 430.
00:35So break down the boxing match.
00:38Who becomes the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world tomorrow night in London?
00:44So this is the second time these two are fighting.
00:47And the reason why this is happening is because the first one ended in controversy.
00:52Dubois hit Oleksandr Usyk low.
00:54And there's a debate even to this day as to whether or not it was a low blow or not.
00:59And to be honest with you, only one man can tell us that it was a low blow.
01:04And that's Oleksandr Usyk.
01:05And he maintains it's a low blow.
01:07But some people have accused them of getting hit in a borderline area
01:12and then kind of overselling it to make it look like a low blow.
01:15Like he's done this before in different fights against Artur Betarbeev
01:18and the amateurs against Anthony Joshua in their second fight earlier on in his career.
01:23He's done it.
01:24Like, I don't think Oleksandr Usyk is a cheat or anything like that.
01:28That's something that people are saying.
01:29I do not think that.
01:31I think he's the best boxer in the world.
01:32I think he's pound for pound number one right now.
01:34Number one.
01:35Terrence Crawford and now you're in a way right there with him.
01:37But he's the best, especially after beating Tyson Fury twice the way that he did,
01:40especially the second time.
01:42That being said, you know, it looked like to some a clean body shot
01:46that he should have been counted as a knockdown for.
01:50I tend to think that if it was counted as a knockdown,
01:52he would have gotten right up and then, you know, proceed with the fight.
01:55To me, this is a massive, massive fight
01:58because Daniel Dubois also is coming off a tear
02:00where he upsets Philip Herkovich before that beats Jarrell Miller.
02:05And after that, he beats Anthony Joshua, which is late last year,
02:11which is, you know, a knockout that gave us one of the funniest photos of all time.
02:15If you look up the Daniel Dubois-Anthony Joshua knockout, it's hilarious.
02:19I think Oleksandr Usyk ultimately outclasses him,
02:21but the odds are shorter than the first time they fought
02:25because Daniel Dubois is just on a heater
02:27and it's entirely possible that maybe he just catches him.
02:31If we take a look at the fight itself here, Brian,
02:34look at the over-under for rounds, nine and a half,
02:36but also some bets here, will the fight go the distance?
02:38Is plus money to run a plus 140 price.
02:40Do we see a knockout that stops this
02:42or do you think that we go the distance here?
02:45Yeah, and this is the thing.
02:46Dubois got stopped.
02:48So he got dropped in round eight and stopped in round nine.
02:50So the over-under at nine and a half is just like perfect.
02:53It's like, oh, which way are you going to go?
02:55Usyk also knocked him out with a jab,
02:57which gives you an idea of how strong
03:00a former Cruiserweight undisputed champion is.
03:04But Usyk, he's awesome.
03:05And I think I kind of lean late stoppage.
03:08I don't know if I want to bet method of victory
03:10more than I just want to put Usyk in a parlay,
03:12probably with Mario Barrios,
03:14to be honest, who we just mentioned earlier,
03:16you know, and maybe something else
03:18because that won't have a crazy amount of value,
03:21I don't think, with just those two.
03:22But yeah, I think Usyk should win this,
03:25but I don't want to count out Daniel Dubois.
03:27He's more than just a power puncher.
03:29I think people feel like he's just that.
03:31And he's not a guy where like the moment
03:34feels too big for him anymore,
03:36where that was a criticism of him early on in his career.
03:38I feel like he really turned a corner.
03:40He's also 27 and Usyk is in his later 30s
03:43because Usyk took forever to turn pro
03:45because he was tearing it up into amateurs,
03:46winning medals and things of that nature.
03:48But Daniel Dubois, he's like in the prime of his career.
03:51And he's one of these guys,
03:52is capable of just putting your lights out with one shot.
