00:00The lion and the mouse. One day a lion was sleeping in the forest. A little mouse began

00:06running up and down on him. This awakened the lion, who placed his huge paw on the mouse

00:11and opened his big jaws to eat him. Please forgive me, oh king, cried the little mouse.

00:17I didn't mean to wake you. If you let me go, I shall never forget it. Maybe one day I can help

00:23you too. The lion laughed at the idea of the tiny mouse helping him, but he let him go.

00:28A few days later, some hunters came to the forest and trapped the lion in a net.

00:33The lion roared loudly, trying to escape. The mouse heard the roar and came running.

00:39With his sharp little teeth, he gnawed the ropes and freed the lion.
