00:42I don't think 16-year-olds are mature, because the frontal lobe develops around 25, 24,
00:47and even with their whole age of consent, I don't think it should be 16.
00:50I think it should be 18 or older, because 16-year-olds aren't mentally stable to have that decision and stuff.
