00:00The House of Representatives is once again pushing for charter change or cha-cha.

00:04Meanwhile, the Congress is also pushing for the total ban of online and off-site gambling in the country.

00:14The matter of charter change has once again resurfaced in the House of Representatives.

00:19This after a co-bicol party list representative, Alfredo Garbin Jr.,

00:23filed resolution of both houses No. 1,

00:26which is aimed at amending the territorial and economic provisions

00:29of the Constitution.

00:40only covers the amendment to restrictive economic provisions.
