00:20you that we need you today, so what time does your thing get done? Oh, okay. Well, it doesn't

00:24get done till, like, seven. Well, can you come in at seven, then? No. Why? Because technically,

00:28the shift isn't my responsibility. I mean, if Adam called out, aren't you as the manager

00:31supposed to cover it? Well, we expect everybody to be a team player here, and that includes

00:35when your co-workers call out and stepping up to help them. So if you don't come in for

00:38the shift, don't think that there won't be any consequences. But it's not my shift. I

00:42know if you can't find anybody, you have to take it, so you can't write me up for not doing
