00:05You didn't put in enough overtime, and we just feel like you haven't been giving it your all at work.

00:08Interesting, considering I haven't put anything less than 50 hours in a week.

00:12And according to company policy, it states that I am granted a minimum of 2% raise after being there for a minimum of 2 years.

00:18I'm on year 10, so are we just going to overlook that?

00:20I get what you're saying, but we just aren't going to be able to give you a raise this time around.

00:24Okay. Well, I won't be able to grant working overtime anymore, and I will be just strictly working my 40-hour shift.

00:29Also, I'm happy to bring a copy of the paper that I signed that I am granted a 2% raise, even if the company is in a financial crisis,

00:36and no other factors such as a dislike to an employee will play a factor in this decision.

00:40I'll drop a copy off to the news station as well on my way to work on Monday.

00:47Okay. Well, I'll be happy to put that right up right next to the employee handbook that states not abiding by company policy,

00:53which includes giving a minimum of a 2% raise to employees that have been there at a minimum of 2-year tenure,

00:58can have implications up to and including dismissal.
