00:00There are so many tools in the free AccuWeather app to help you to make the best weather-impacted decisions and stay safer.

00:10That's what we do here at AccuWeather and at this time of the year many people have outdoor activities

00:14and we hear all the time from AccuWeather customers how much they enjoy the AccuWeather MinuteCast tool.

00:20And I'm going to show you more about that. That's minute-by-minute weather for your specific location over the next four hours.

00:27And you can access that on the free AccuWeather app. It's front and center, right in the main part there of the AccuWeather app.

00:33And you can see the exclusive AccuWeather MinuteCast. Heavy rain and a thunderstorm, in this case starting in 32 minutes.

00:40And when you look at the dial here, this is the MinuteCast dial, it shows you visually the next hour.

00:46And where do you see rainfall, colors here, green, lighter rainfall up into the oranges and red, heavier rain.

00:54You then tap on the C4 hours and this is where you get that minute-by-minute further detail.

00:59And I can actually scroll here by just scrolling along the screen and I can scroll out here over the next several hours,

01:06minute-by-minute looking for when the rain will become heavier, any breaks in the rain and then when the rain is going to be ending.

01:12People love this for all kinds of outdoor activities, playing soccer, baseball, going outside with the kids or biking.

01:20Any type of outdoor activity that you love, this can be very helpful in order to be able to do that.

01:24And continually monitor this forecast because we update this every couple of minutes with the latest information.

01:30So you can check back with this feature even more frequently than other parts of the AccuWeather app that you might typically come back.
