00:03Yeah, look, at one point there we were in a good position,

00:07looking like we could get 150 plus, maybe 180,

00:11similar to the Winter Cup where we made 150,

00:14we probably should have got 170 that night.

00:17But look, we can't win them all, we had a massive up last week

00:21and we haven't performed tonight, a fair play to Weybridge.

00:24You mentioned you were 103 for three in the 13th over

00:28with Phil Nicholas and Chami flying along.

00:31You must have been delighted with that recovery

00:34from obviously an early tough first few overs.

00:37Yeah, look, we were similar last week.

00:39Phil was brilliant last week, man of the match.

00:42Chami as well, being batting, he gets 30, 40 every week.

00:45He just needs to get on to that next stage.

00:47And then, yeah, we were known for a collapse now and again

00:51and we've had it tonight, which is disappointing in a final.

00:55And how do you go about rectifying that over the next few weeks

00:58obviously as the season draws to the main business part?

01:01Yeah, look, we were on a massive eye after last Wednesday.

01:05No one put us to win that, albeit we had a fantastic following

01:08in Campbell to beat Penzance.

01:11So, look, we regrouped for Saturday.

01:13We got Callington, they're five points above us.

01:15Massive, massive game for us and we've got to get winning

01:18some games in the league.

01:19Yeah, and obviously Callington were expected to be up

01:21towards the top end of the table,

01:23but obviously sort of being dragged down into the scrap

01:25with you guys, Grand Pound, Truro, Warrington.

01:28How do you go about ensuring that you obviously lift yourselves

01:32for that game?

01:32Yeah, look, we've got a blend of youth, old, middle-aged people.

01:37You know, we are where we are.

01:39We are.

01:40And last week was a massive eye

01:42and hopefully that's given some of the guys

01:43some belief to go and beat the likes of Callington, Penzance,

01:47you know, Weybridge now.

01:49We lost to Weybridge, a joint top of the league.

01:51They're a good side.

01:52Fair play to Kelvin and Weybridge

01:54and hope they do well in the regionals.

01:56But we've got to think about ourselves.

01:58We've got to worry about what we do.

01:59When we do stuff well, we're a good side.

02:02We just need to put a complete performance in in the league.

02:04Okay, and obviously, you've got obviously Callington on Saturday.

02:08What sort of game are you expecting?

02:09And obviously, they're sort of big players

02:12obviously haven't turned up.

02:12But you know, obviously, at some point, they're going to.

02:15It's just a case, I guess,

02:15of making sure it doesn't happen this weekend.

02:17We get to a weekend where we play, you know,

02:20some of the top sides and think,

02:21oh, that player hasn't got many recently.

02:23But then we're all against him just.

02:25So we've got to make sure,

02:26really make sure that we do everything as best we can.

02:29We're worried about what we do.

02:30Yes, they've got good players,

02:31but they're 11 players on the pitch.

02:33And that's shown already this season

02:34in the position they're at.

02:36Okay.

02:37And how are you looking team-wise for Saturday?

02:38So Saturday, similar to tonight,

02:41Josh Simmons will be out

02:42and we're yet to select.

02:43So we're looking for one for the weekend.

02:46So same team minus Josh Simmons.

02:48Okay.

02:49And then obviously, like I mentioned,

02:51the league is very tight down at the bottom.

02:53What do you need to do between now

02:55and the end of August

02:56to make sure that you're in the top flight again next year?

02:58We're used to it.

02:59We were in the halfway period.

03:02Last year, we were bottom.

03:03This year, we were third.

03:05Third from bottom.

03:06So we're in a better position

03:07than we were last year.

03:08And we've got to believe

03:09that teams around us,

03:11teams above us,

03:12you know, some teams,

03:13Elston are having a fantastic time.

03:16You can go out

03:16and put a couple of wins together

03:17and that's what we need to do.

03:19I mean, if it starts Saturday,

03:20then brilliant.

03:21If not, we need to regroup

03:22and beat St. North all the week after.
