00:06watermelon soju punch in this beautiful watermelon bowl so this is a bit of a combination between

00:11which is the really delicious korean watermelon punch along with watermelon soju so we're gonna

00:18make it a little bit boozy make it a little fun i'm gonna scoop out a bunch of these watermelon

00:23balls and then these i'm gonna use later for garnishing we're gonna throw all of our watermelon

00:28into the blender and basically blend it up to get all that nice juice and then don't worry too much

00:34about seeds because we're gonna strain it out anyways that looks perfect i'm basically just

00:39looking for like agua fresca refreshing watermelon juice consistency and then of course the second

00:45most important ingredient is our soju so i'm gonna do about one cup of this you can add more if you're

00:51feeling a little bit boozy and then three ounces of lemon juice i like to add a little splash of

00:57campari i feel like the bitterness helps to balance out the sweetness and a little pinch of salt drizzle

01:04in the condensed milk condensed milk is the key to making the korean watcha part of this punch the

01:12whole milk keeps stirring while we're streaming that in we're gonna add our lemon lime soda that'll

01:18make it nice and fizzy and now we're ready to put this into our watermelon bowl so first i'm gonna add

01:23ice blueberries reserved watermelon balls finally pour in our watermelon juice mixture and lastly we're

01:32gonna garnish with some mint sprigs like this is like the key so at this point you have one giant

01:39drink it's basically just for me but i guess if you need to share then you can pour into glasses

01:43oh my god it's so creamy and refreshing perfect for summer
