Some initial outbreaks of rain across western Scotland soon clearing to leave a rather dry night for the large part of the UK. Rain will linger over the Shetlands Islands however for much of the night. A mild night in Scotland but feeling more muggy across much of England and Wales. Some low cloud, mist and sea fog may affect Irish Sea coasts from the early hours of Friday. This is the Met Office UK Weather forecast for the evening of 10/07/2025.
