Two senior police officers are among the five injured when a police helicopter crashed into Sungai Pulai in Johor during a mock nuclear training exercise on Thursday (July 10).

00:00Two senior police officers are among the five injured when a police helicopter crashed into
00:07Sungai Pulai in Johor during a mock nuclear training exercise on Thursday morning.
00:11The assistant commissioner and superintendent, along with three rank and file personnel,
00:16were sent to Sultana, Amina Hospital following the 10.37am incident.
00:21The AS-355N aircraft, operated by the police, had departed from the Tanjung Kupang police
00:27station at 9.51am.
00:28It crashed about 21 meters from a jetty during the exercise, which was attended by personnel
00:33from Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.
00:36The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia had earlier confirmed the crash, saying that all
00:40the five victims were rescued by the Marine Police Force and brought to the Malaysian
00:44Maritime Enforcement Agency jetty.
00:47Personnel from various agencies are at the scene to conduct an investigation into the
00:51incident.
