After years of Surly County Council promises and inaction, Roger took action himself to spotlight the issue. Drainage work is thankfully scheduled to begin soon. Resurfacing should follow.

00:07As you can see, indeed the road has badly cut up and is in desperate need of a resurfacing.
00:14The local council, the Surly County Council, have been promising this for years but has taken no action.
00:19As a local resident, this really made me very annoyed and I felt that I needed to do something about it.
00:26So here we are highlighting the problem. We have heard thankfully that there will be some drainage works that is due to start in a month or two and then after that the road can become resurfaced.
